Help! test use on anavar cycle.

4 weeks into an Anavar cycle of 100mg and shut down like a bitch, and dropped a PH cycle i was running.
Have decided to sack up and just run a lil test along with my anavar & cruise through the last 4 weeks to help with my shut down.
I would like to know what is the BARE MINIMUM dose that can help with but with my lethargy, no motivation/libido low test side effects but cause minimal affect to my hair (very prone).
Of what test? how to use? and how do i dose it? anything i need to take to supplement its use?
Would really appreciate answers. Thanks.

I agree I would just pct now and run the next cycle the right way. I'm assuming this is your first cycle based on everything you just posted.
200mgs test prop and it will kick in fast... the fact u ran anything without test though makes me wonder if you know what you are doing
just get nolva and clomid and start p.c.t, worry about the test another time, go get bloods done!!
