Blood results, ADVICE needed
So, at around 6 months after completing my last cycle which was 12 weeks of test cyp, 2 week break. and 4 week PCT of nolva and clomid 40/40/20/20 and 100/100/50/50 i still have major signs of low T which has really affected my quality of life and has me very depressed and fatigued everyday.
I then got my testosterone levels checked out last week and my blood results came in today showing a SERUM testosterone level of 356 ng/l which is at the LOW end of normal especially for my age. My doctor just said you are fine, but I am not. You guys are really only people who can give me the advice I need on what to do.
I REALLY need advice on how to get my body producing its natural testosterone back, because this LOW figure is not what i should be producing at the age of 26. I really am depressed out this.
Shall i do a new better cycle?
Should i take nolva/clomid/hcg? if so in what dosages and for how long?
My stats and previous cycle history are as follows:
age: 26
Body fat: 13%
Cycle history: Anavar, Pro Hormone & Test Cyp.
Thanks.

shoxingbiceps17did you get pre-cyle bloods?
I did not, which has proven to be a problem. But i used to feel way better, spontaneous erections, high sex drive and loads were way better.
Anon356 is not the very low end of normal for a guy coming off cycle, even at 26. The reason the reference range is big is because there are dramatic differences from person to person as to what baseline can be expected at any age given other health factors, environment, stress, family history, etc.
The reason your doc tells you that is not because he is a quack, or just doesn't want you to have any fun....especially if a full hormone panel revealed that all other levels were within range and relationally stable to one another.
I know that this may come as a surprise, but most men don't test above 500 even at your age...again, most. Now, will 200 mg's of cyp a week make you feel better and get into
the 800-1200 range? Yes. But that does not
mean you are dying or anything bro. My guess is you are just experiencing PCT....which can definitely suck after 12 wks of feeling like the hulk. Be patient and listen to the doc. Have him do thorough bloods and don't rush in and damage your endocrine system by not waiting adequate time for your next cycle. Just my .02.
Not being a dick, either. You're a young man. If you don't bombard your system and overwhelm it, at this age your odds of getting a full rebound back (mood will improve, too) are very good. But don't mistake a little lethargy or lower sex drive for real quality of life issues this close to the cycle. It's totally
normal, and most of these guys would agree with that 100%
Man, solid advice i appreciate the response. Just went to to see the doctor to get all male hormones, include E2 assessed in case of other abnormalities. Shall make a new post and post the results to see any suggestions/advice. Cheers.
AnonGood bro. Believe me, I am not trying to rain on your parade. I just don't want to see you hurt yourself. It's always a good place to start getting more info and discussing with the doc.
But bro, I am worried that its been over 6 months since my PCT of nolva/clomid was said and done and my levels are still that low, especially for my age.
So, I am going to see the doc' tomorrow to get a full blood analysis such as FSH, LH. E2 and free test, hopefully they are within range then i would seek advice on hear on what to do, because they doc' thinks everything is normal. i don't think it is, i feel dead.
AnonI'm telling you that 360 is not low. Test is released in pulses. When you get a reading like that it is confirming you fall well within the normal range. Remember, it's a range for a reason. 21 yr olds are not guaranteed an 1100 just because there are a few that do.
Considering your other post about this exact issue, I would suggest getting away from caffeine altogether. You may very well have adrenal fatigue from dumping stimulants into your system. More than likely, you feel like shit just because you are being irresponsible with an over be counter stimulant. That doesn't inspire a lot of confidence that you are going to take any rational advice, but I won't lie to you just to make you feel better.
There is absolutely nothing abnormal with a 360 reading at 26. Could it be better? Probably, but you've done little to aid in that cause. I would say get the full panel from your doc and listen to their directions carefully. Dump the caffeine and anything else you call preworkout. Get some quality sleep, eat and train well for 6 months. Recheck bloods and you will save yourself a lifetime of needle pokes in the ass
What are your LH, FSH and E2 numbers at?
Your 26 friend, listen to Flash, you will come around, everyone acts differently when restarting the system, it will suck for a few but will pay in spades when you come back to normal. Patients. Remember to get bloods after the pct and post em up.
Yes but if I do PCT my test will rise, but will this figure when i do bloods say after 2 months of PCT be permanent? how do i know it will not just go back to how it is now, which is 360 ng/dl?
id run another pct bro, nolva and clomid, pharma grade only. clomid-100,50,50,50,- nolva - 40,20,20,20,10 (5 week nolva) you can add in daa daily, good multivitamin, extra zinc and vitamin d, you can get a pre workout to help lethargy, get bloods after, you should be ok.
This looks to be a good plan of action. My question is, if i do a blood test after im sure the test levels will be higher, but for how long would this hpta restart last?
would my then slowly begin to fall back to 361 ng/dl or would be the test level be permanent?
I have read so many things, I am so confused, please anyone?
Hi big,
such a difficult question you're making...
PCT will restart your axis and, in general, your test level will be slightly higher than baseline while on PCT. Then, after you discontinue PCT, (again, in general), your test level will come to your baseline.
So, if you don't know what your baseline is, you maybe will drop to 361 or even lower, or stay at higher levels.
My advise is repeat PCT, add some ancillaries as zinc, vit D3, DAA etc...
Then, after that, get your blood work ... say in two/three weeks after pct.
If your levels are good, you're done. Otherwise, take those numbers as your baseline and you'll need to go to a doctor for qualifying for TRT.
good luck
peace

Would it be necessary to include HCG as part of this PCT, my boys are still noticeably small?
Say HCG 200 IU EOD for 16 days
Nolvadex at 20mg for 45 days
Clomid at 100mg for 30 days
Id keep going with test myself. Im the same way bro off gear sucks mentally
Somebody got some baby powder bout to bitch slap this fool neg one
Wow how did I miss this? Goes against everything we preach here man.

Wow. Horrible stupid dangerous advic. I think you might be my first ever neg.
-1 to you sir. Poor form indeed.
Bad advice dude! You need a glass of shut the hell up... That is not how we do things here at Eroids. We do it correct with safety first ALWAYS. And we teach time on+pct=time off. Unless there is a medical condition that requires TRT it is always better to let the body natualize again...Read about it. Learn it. Love it. Preach it or go elswhere!
thats why your a troll who will be ban if you keep posting your bs.
Different people react to PCT and Testosterone differently.
Some people have a receptive body where slight encouragement to restart endogenous hormones is all that's needed. Others take longer.
From what you say - it would be prudent to
a) check baseline and supporting hormonal panel
b) engage on a PCT recovery schedule for 4-6 weeks ensuring you keep estrogen low and allow the body to recover endogenous testosterone.
c)HcG in smaller amounts EOD has been shown to assist in recovery with/alongside Clomit but above all it may be a waiting game.
