Help Needed Test C/ Dbol cycle
I could lie and tell you guys that i've been going to the gym religiously for centuries upon centuries and i am now ready to take the next step and try substances that push me past my natural ability, but i won't cause it sure as hell isn't true. What is true tho is that i'm 27yrs old, probably still around the same BF% as my stat says (ive only lost about 4lbs max from last weight of 212), and i have been lifting weights for a few years but only when time permit, and being such a terrible manager of time as i am with finances, time almost never permits. Anyway to cut a long story short, i have some proviron (40tabs/25mg), tamoxifen(30tabs/20mg), 20ml of test c (testosterona ultra lenta uruguay100mg per ml) and DBol (50tabs/10mg).
Now before u guys go ripping me apart, i've been researching AAS since 2011 before coming to this decision and i've had this supply since November 2012, i am not stupid enough to think i know everything, nor am i hard headed and wont listen to advice, else i wouldn't even be here asking for advice. Which brings me to the reason i am here.
My source for the items is a guy i know locally and he said for a first cycle i should do a low dose 10 week total cycle, 200mg test per week, 10mg dbol for 42dys, proviron for if high estro symptoms occur during cycle and tamoxifen for PCT. needless to say all reasearch i've pointed to suggests 500mg test, 30mg dbol is a good beginners cycle EXCEPT for eroids where i've read various individuals recommend test only so a user would be better able to diagnose and pinpoint sources of problems.
Also keep in mind i had these products since november so if i was going to disregard advice i'd have injected myself a long time ago, however i am waiting till i get my BF% lower and clear alot of the conflicting information from my head. Some cycles have AIs as necessary from first to last usage, some say its not necessary, it hinders gains and should be used only as a preventative measure when symptoms appear and discontinue when they subside. Expert opinion is desired to help me clear the air on possible misconceptions......

Thanks everyone for the advice and input, its much appreciated. i'll wait a bit before starting a cycle. and like you guys said i'm dieting and working out regularly and researching some more......
To answer your questions, 500mg test each week. 25-50 mg dbol spread evenly throught out the day. Say every 6-12 hours. They're right about dieting and what not, of course it's not what you want to hear. I'd say a little bit more research on aas, and you could've answered your questions yourself. As for your supplier, 200mg a week would be a waste of money.
the only thing i really wanted to hear was the truth, and u guys gave it to me, so its all good, i will be honest, i am working my way up for a march or april cycle, but if i still dont think i should because i am not devoted to working out consistently or eating right, then i'll just put it off a while longer.... thanks for the advice tho every bit counts

It's great that you're being honest about your situation and i'll return the favour by being honest back to you. Yes you have the resources for AAS, yes you have some research about AAS compounds (although somewhat limited from the text above) and the best thing is that so far, you appear to be open minded.
In my honest opinion, i don't think you're ready to start your first AAS cycle yet, since bodybuilding (assuming this is the sport you want to go into) is a lifestyle where progression is only seen through consistency and determination. If you had been training for a few years consistently, your diet was on point, your recovery was on point and you had reached your genetic potential, then i would recommend AAS and i would help you create a cycle layout, but since these factors aren't fulfilled you'll be wasting my time and more importantly your time trying to create something for which you have no foundation for, therefore there is no direction from experience.
Here's some more advice which i wrote up yesterday Pre-Cycle Protocol
X2!!! Perfectly put..AAS are for the advanced lifter. Props for honesty though, with that being said, nothing is stopping you from getting in the lifting lifestyle and to prepare to do it the right way!
thanks for the reply P, but don't think of it as a waste of your time, think of it as passing on information, or guiding a misguided person, because trust me, after a year and more of research it can hardly be called 'some', i can spew forth mountains of info i've gotten from online, but my problem is i find it all conflicting. Every place and person swears by their own method for effectiveness or safety. At this point i am more interested in knowledge. If knowledge wasn't the goal i'd have used the little products that i have foolishly a few mths ago. but still, thanks for the reply and i will read your pre-cycle protocol
To put it short, your cycle mentioned is pointless. WHEN your ready for steroids it should be test only but your bf is too high. It tells us that your diet, training and lifestyle are not ready for roids.
These all need to be in place first before you turn to drugs for the answer. I know you you want to but steroids will not help you in your current state and lifestyle.
Do what the man says. Nail the diet and your bf will come down.
Train real hard and you will learn how to really gain off steroids.
Read, read and read some more. All the stickies (diet and training first) are a good start.
Good luck mate
thanks for the input gsxr1000spanker. The cycle mentioned was what the guy who supplied me recommended, which from all my reading and research seemed as u put it 'pointless'. And I have come to accept the fact that my initial rush to purchase said substances was in poor taste at this time, which is why i stated that i am waiting till my BF% is lower, and ofcourse i have come to establish the fact from research that i also need to wait until i have basic training concepts and dieting in order.
Is it so wrong of me though to seek clarity on beginners cycles fact vs fiction, necessities vs personal preferences??. I could have lied and created a new profile, post pics of my bredrins who frequent the gym and are ready for steroid use if they so decide, however i chose not to because like everyone has pointed out, and i concur, I am not at the point where i should use these substances, there are alot more things i need to focus on first. BUTTTTTT as i said before i'd just like to run everything that i have learnt through you guys and see where i am being misled, i went wrong or i'm going wrong.
