Whats up bros, need some help. I have a MILD gyno issue. Running my first ever TEST ONLY cycle. Robos Cypionate 250, twice per week. I have been running 12.5mg aromasin eod since first pin about a week ago. How long until i see results of aromasin starting to work? I have clomid on hand and nolva also...should i bump the aro to 12.5 ed or 25 eod/ed? Or should i leave it at 12.5 eod and throw in nolva until it subsides. If adding nolva is the best solution with aromasin what should the dosage be? And daily or eod....thanks bros

Did you have any bloods done before you started your cycle and have you had bloods run recently since being on cycle? Are you sure it is gyno or pseudo gyno which is a build up of fat and water around the nipple area.
Its definately pseudo gyno, just excess breast tissue. I have been killing it in the gym on incline bench and also push ups trying to eliminate it or at least get it to an un-noticable look. Am i wrong for being on the aro from the start? I am now starting the aro at 12.5ed, and split twice per day, will that hinder my mood (i work 3rds and have definately felt lethargic last couple days but only about 1/2 way into my shift.....
I agree with Makwa. You probably have crashed your estro. You really need to get some labs drawn asap before you make any more knee jerk reactions. If you are not feeling any pain in your nips or itchiness coupled with hard masts than it's most likely water.
Go get some labs drawn and find out this week bud.

I should also clarify that i most def have morning wood. Like raging! Lol sex drive is still there and great... not really any sore joints, no bloat, just lethargic but its only at work [so maybe in my head] think im going to run some bloods because my dumbass didnt get any before my cycle started. This being my first cycle im not sure if im gyno proned, so should i hault the aromasin and let my e2 rebound. Im not to sure my e2 is crashed....

You have started a course and have no data or benchmarks. At this point it sounds as if you may have a mental game your playing. You are describing the symptoms, or lack there of in this case, with the detail of someone who has done their homework.
So the question is what to do next? Firstly what do you need to know and how do you move forward? You do not know what your blood levels are for anything and you have started a course of steroids and an AI. If you were to get bloods now you would have a picture of how your body reacts to Aro and Test. Stopping the Aro now and then getting bloods will give you no relative information because you will not know what your E2 is really at as a result of the Aro being on it's way out of your system. So the thing to do, as I see it, is to get labs IMMEDIATELY while on the Aro and then make an informed decision. If your E2 is crashed then obviously you do not need the AI at this time. Then discontinue the Aro and take more labs in 4 weeks. Keep an eye out for any real symptoms this time. In the future it is important to get labs before you start your cycle and mid and post cycle. Now you know bud. Good Luck!
That sounds perfect bro, i guess there are some of us that make dumb decisions im going to order bloods, i need the female test correct? Can you point me to a reliable private lab. Thanks for all chiming in n helping out.
Check out this link. You do not have to pick the lab I am suggesting but it would be very advisable! You can also choose the female panel for less money but you will only see the E2 and your FSH and LH.

I figured privatedmd was going to be posted, i have heard a lot of good about the lab... do u think the e2 panel is sufficient for my case (i know my gear is legit) so no need to run the extras, although i have no prob getting the full panel. Just no need if im only trying to figure my e2 levels....is that correct, e2 panel sufficient enough....? thx
In my opinion, especially being your first cycle, I would run the full lab. This is going to give you very valuable information beyond just E2 that you will need in order to build future cycles. There is more here than just E2. Knowing your Free test and also your SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) and Albumin are going to be big parts of your future and various compounds. Also knowing what your total test level is will tell you how your body reacts to the test you are introducing exogenously. The female panel and most of the other basic panels cap out at 1500 dc/ml and tell you nothing other than your gear has test in it and your LH,FSH and E2 are off.

What do you consider a mild gyno issue? Itchy nips or lumps? What are your symptoms?
You're most likely not getting gyno on one weeks worth of test-c. What are your symptoms? Also, aromasin should be taken ED. You also shouldn't of started your AI on day one, because you could crash your estro.
Also, when was your last cycle and what was it?
Let me ask you this. Are you using liquid aromasin or tablets? Pharma or UGL. You should feel that dose of Aro working. What makes you think it isn't working, symptoms? And yes try it ED
Bros, this is my first cycle. No itchy nips but breast tissue def there, i know its not from the test, but old gyno problem from past, the aro is PHARMA tabs 25mg. U think i should split the doesage im taking, 12.5 eod, to 12.5ed split to twice a day? My bf is around 10%. Maybe give it a full week and see?
Taking Aromasin isn't going to change existing breast tissue. All you're going to do by using it straight away is floor your estro which is counterproductive to your cycle and will end up making you feel crap.
Aro is best dosed twice daily, try 6.25 mgs twice a day
Thx bro was thinking that because of its 1/2 life ill give that a shot for a week but dont throw in nolva yet right
