Giving this a shot
Hey guys.
1st time poster, long time lurker.
I am looking to start my first cycle (well not really my first) here in the coming weeks. I have done hours and hours of research, and am still a bit cloudy, and am looking for some advice.
My back story: I went through puberty really late (16). I was prescribed testosterone patches which triggered the pituitary gland, and alas, i went through puberty.
I have been working out for approx 9 years. For the past year or so, i amped up my training with a few friends spending a lot of time in the gym. My friends all got fantastic results, but i just never gained any size.We were all baffled as to why this was, so i switched some supplements out, tried eating more, etc. to no avail.
A few weeks ago i was feeling like shit, so i went to a local urgent care facility. I dont have a doctor because i dont have any insurance. The urgent care is $120 a visit, a much cheaper alternative to doctors and emergency rooms. While i was there they were running a special for physicals/blood work. I signed up ($50) and went in on another date. The results came in, and I have VERY low t.
The doctor suggested that I consult a clinic to start a TRT regimen, but without insurance, this is impossible. It is MUCH cheaper to buy gear online then to get what is prescribed.
Im not doing this to get massive, or to enter any comps, i just want to be "normal" and have a nice physique.
My stats:
29 y/o
6'6
270
BF% 18
My plan as of now:
Week 1-10 300 mg EQ
Week 2-11 250 mg Test C
Is this a decent first stack? Again, im not looking to get massive, just to add some lean muscle, and cut some of this fat.
With this cycle (which i believe is considered low doses), would i need to run any ancillaries, or pct's?
I was thinking of using HCG weeks 13-15, but i cant find any.
Any help is greatly appreciated guys.

Gentlemen,
Thanks again for your replies.
My stats are as follows:
Testosterone, Serum 228 LOW ng/dL 348-1197
Free Testosterone(Direct) 8.4 LOW pg/mL 9.3-26.5
When I say this isnt my first cycle, i say this because i took testosterone to induce puberty as a teen.
Im looking at injecting 200 ml of Test E every two weeks. This appears to be popular among treatments that I have read online.
Anybody who is on TRT, any idea of how much this dosage will bring my levels up? I imagine its different for everyone, but just trying to get an idea.
Also, because of my low T, will i need to run any AI, or anti-estrogens? I wasnt sure as I am just trying to bring my levels to what they should be (not looking for a T level in the 1000 range)
How long after I start should i get my blood work taken again?
You guys have been great, Thank You!
If you post 200mil in two weeks youll most likely be dead. its 200mg every 2 weeks! and you need to divide that into 100mg per week. that should get test levels around 600 to 800ng/dl...blood work at around 5/6 weeks
Thank you for taking the time to reply, I really appreciate it!
Sorry to hear about your rough time. Seems like everybody is these days! What were the T results from your last blood test? TRT doses range from 100mg a week to 200mg a week. There are other Anti-Aging clinics that give more but from an Endocrinologist, that is the typical range. Privatelabsmd.com may offer less expensive blood tests to save on some costs. You can consult and Endo that can prescribe you Test without going the clinic route which is much more expensive. I would just recommend going with just the Test for your first run. You will get a lot from and at 300mgs for 11 weeks you will not get that much from EQ. It needs to be ran and longer intervals. Keep us posted
first cycle is always test-e/c at 500mg a week for 12 weeks, youll get great results if your eating enough.
I know you said "well not really my first" but it sounds like its your first.
Thanks for your reply. I am self employed, and business is slow right now. As of now, obtaining insurance would mean being red every month, something that couldnt last for more than 4-5 mos.
Bloodwork is relatively inexpensive at this place im going to, so i could afford to get it checked monthly (do i need more than that?).
As to the second part of your question, can you expound a bit?
Thanks for your reply.
move to california! business is great (economy is light years ahead of the rest of america), low income families can get high quality medical insurance, and well the weather's nice
haha but yea good luck man hope you can figure something out
I understand my man. Times are tough right now for everyone…
If you are in fact suffering from low T this means that your body is not capable of producing sufficient test. This is when a doctor will introduce a synthetic form of test and it is often for life. Most doctors will monitor bloods closely to make sure of no problems (estro. ect.). Your natural production will shut down due to prescribed test since you are taking enough to get your test level back to a high normal range. You stated that you “felt like shit” imo you need to concentrate on getting your hormone levels at a normal range before stacking any compounds. Get things “normal” and then if you decide in the future you want to add more compounds you will know you responded to the test alone. If you’ve always suffered from low T you will be amazed by the gains you will get from being in a normal range with proper diet and training. TRT dosage is commonly 200mg every two weeks. TRT is about quality of life and not aesthetics. You need to consider fertility as well if you ever plan on parenting a child. Read the link below I posted yesterday.

Would injecting 250mg a week of test e or c produce the same desired result as the TRT?
If so, and correct me if im wrong ,would you would stick to straight test, without the eq?
I will monitor my bloodwork. How often should i get it checked?
If this brings me back into the desired levels, would you suggest ever "cycling off?" or would you suggest injecting regularly.
I realize that youre prob not a doctor, and i apologize in advance for all of the questioning. The receptionist at the urgent care is someone i went to HS with and knows my family very well. I am aware of doctor/patient confidentiality, i just dont feel as though it would be appropriate to fully divulge everything with the doc, just in case word were to spread.
Thanks again buddy.
When you get into 250mg a week you are getting away from a TRT dose and just doing a low dose cycle. Your test levels will be higher than what is considered normal and you will have sides. (Two completely different scenarios.) If you are interested in TRT and quality of life then EQ has no play here.
Blood work once a year once you find your proper TRT doses. This depends on how far off your hormones are. Every 3 to 6 months while you are dialing in your treatment.
You don't cycle of TRT bro. It's for life.
Send me a FR and I’ll be happy to assist anytime I can bro. I’m on TRT and I advocate it when legitimately needed.
First off….is obtaining insurance not a financial possibility right now? You’re gonna need to be getting regular blood work regardless. Second….it sounds like you need to more concerned on getting your levels straightened out. I would not suggest “stacking” anything as of now….Remember TRT is for life. Can you commit to that at 29?
