Hey lads, first post on Eroids been lurking for awhile.

Interested in feedback on the following first time Tren E cycle:

Week 1 to 12:
Tren E - 600mg per wk Monday/Thursday
Week 1 to 14:
Test E - 250mg per wk Mon/Thu
Week 2 to 14:
HCG - 500iu per wk
Week 1 to 16:
Arimidex - 0.5mg EOD
Week 16 to 20:

I'm experienced but been stopped cycling years ago now age 40, 220pounds, 18% BF. Never used Tren or Caber before so after as much experienced feedback as possible on the Test/Tren ratio and Caber dosage/timing.

Many thanks.

Get on with it and let us know the results bro Smile

5 years off and you want to jump straight back in on a tren cycle? Way over the top, you should get your BF down then consider something basic.

I just joined with CENSORED and am now on a mission to reach 15karma points to get amazing 50% promo discount and review what will be my first tren cycle and then combine some peptides as well for the first time. I'm by no means an expert but I have 25years of training experience and after 5 years now off I'm ready to get back to hard heavy training and maximizing work put in with a solid 20 week cycle.

My opinion is this. You've been 5 years out of the gym. Just start lifting with a proper training regimen and you'll make massive gains. Further you get into the groove again.

first time Tren E cycle

What's your cycle history in general? Ever run Tren Ace? I guess not if you say Never used Tren or Caber before right?

I highly recommend in the mentioned above, get back into the groove, there's no need to get into the gym and immediately start a cycle..especially not with tren in it.

tonytulo's picture

You really going to post a source name on the forums bro? Even if its a copy and paste.....

Pericu's picture

Sorry mate, honestly haven't seen it!! Was too hold of the other info in this text.

tonytulo's picture

No worries just be more careful brother.

Saved me from alot of typing.

Now there's a well researched response. I swear some of the guys answering questions do more research than some of the guys asking the dam questions sometimes!

Couldn't agree more - Tren is completely unnecessary after 5 years off. Get back into a routine of lifting and eating for at least 6 months - 1 year.

booom keep up the good work bro, your killing it.

Pericu's picture

Only here to help. That's all ;-)

Tobster's picture

Sincerely appreciate the responses and all the concern Smile

To clarify I am not 5 years off training, because of my work I train hard, good nutrition, lift heavy and am in overall excellent shape (I'm erring on the high side for BF %.)

I have plateaued and basically want the most bang for my buck and to date have had excellent tolerance to sides so am going to run tren.

Main question is what part of my cycle can be adjusted to make it better?

I considered running Tren A for the start to test the waters then convert to E because pinning EOD isn't logistically so easy with my current regiment.

Thanks again in advance, hoping some1 that has extensive tren cycle experience can chime in not to save me but to help me maximize.

You're 5 years off of gear though right? Therefore your cycle choice is poor. Anyone "with extensive tren cycle experience" is likely to tell you the same thing.

To clarify I am not 5 years off training, because of my work I train hard, good nutrition, lift heavy and am in overall excellent shape (I'm erring on the high side for BF %.)

And what exactly does this mean? Give us a bit of background info on your training, etc

I have plateaued and basically want the most bang for my buck and to date have had excellent tolerance to sides so am going to run tren.

If everytime I'd hit a plateau I'd jump straight on aas, I'd be more "On" cycle then "Off" cycle. When you hit a plateau the first thing you need to do is to evaluate what causes the stagnation and how to solve it. AAS isn't the solution in this case. At some point you would need to get off, right? And then? No progress again? Further you mention want the most bang for my buck. Get down the basics first so that you can get the most out of the gear otherwise your actions contradict with your statement and goals.

Main question is what part of my cycle can be adjusted to make it better?

I just gave you the answer. Perhaps not what you wanted to hear, but those are the facts.

had excellent tolerance to sides

You have never been on tren....I guess you can't imagine how severe the sides can be. When you jump straight to Tren E and hell breaks lose, have fun with the sides for several days/weeks.
If you really feel the urgent need to take Tren and you don't want to listen to our advice then good luck if sides would pop up!

Thanks again in advance, hoping some1 that has extensive tren cycle experience can chime in not to save me but to help me maximize.

From how I know the guys on this board, you won't hear anything different then what I just told you.

Doing all the typing again. +2

Pericu's picture

Usually it's the other way around. Just taking some work off your shoulders buddy, you need some spare time as well ;-D

Tobster's picture

Don't want to waste time writing novel on my training but basically spent many years in SF unit then worked rotational CP in ME and Asia for years.

During that time on rotation there is practically very little compounds except peptides and tren I haven't tried.

To cut again to the chase I now have 6months "complicated downtime' before I start work on my next PMC gig.

I'm no spring chicken and don't won't to waste anymore time typing tit for tat and elaborating on IMO unnecessary personal details.

Interested in test/tren ratio and caber recommendations/adjustments, so please save me some typing and advise Smile

*wasnt meaning to reply to just this one person but that seemed the easiest way to hopefully get some info

If you've been "lurking for a while", then I have to assume that you've been reading too? If so, then you have to know that these kinds of questions don't typically go over to well. I would also have to assume that you've figured out the search feature??? All of the info that you are requesting can be found on this site without ever having a single interaction with another member. There is enough info there to make all of your little vivid sweat drenched tren dreams come true. Now, if you would like to listen to reason, ask sensible questions, I'm sure that you can get some good help, just maybe not what you want to hear. If not, then happy pinning.

Pericu's picture

Fair enough. You don't want to share info and you obviously don't want to listen to what we recommend. The intention behind our suggestion is to help you and keep you healthy...
But you simply want info on how to run this cycle and that's it, right? No other shit...
Totally fine, but I hope you understand that in this case, I won't give you any advice on how to run such a cycle. I can't give any recommendations if I don't support this view myself.

Tobster's picture

Appreciate your opinion and understand your stance.

Also just picked up on my rookie error of source post into forum so adjusted it.

I'd like to hope I'm quite good at risk management and have weighed options/pros and cons. I hope one of the other lads will chime in with some cycle adjustment info on first time ratios and if amount of caber is overkill.

I'm not one to wait for sides to prove to me how strong a compound is and will be pulling bloods before during and after...which my thoughts were to post to help others info.

I know I'm stubborn and again appreciate your solid mindset and ethics

*lol was 100% expecting these initial responses and could have easily modified to seem more then experienced... Luckily the pigeon is packing a vest when visiting the cats Smile

Pericu's picture

Tobster, even though we don't share the same stance on this one, I like the way the conversation is going. People easily get butthurt when they don't receive the answer they would like to hear.

As mentioned, you can find all the information you need spread across this board. Just use the search button. Takes a bit of time but you'll find all the info you're looking for.

Due to I think you're going to do the cycle, I hope it goes well and without any severe consequences. Keep safe man!

Tobster's picture

Thanks bro, always researching and moving fwd... Hardcore tren sides sound very serious! Night sweats/insomnia I already get from PTSD.
Hopefully I can also somehow gain some karma to keep my pocket heavier Smile
