First Run Advise...

ad

Just looking for advise on a good way to start. I am nowhere new to the lifting world and i believe i have reached my peak so looking to push the limits but need a little direction. I have done my homework and plenty of research but just want some real life advise. I have heard that a good start is Test & Deca or Sust & dbol..... I have pinned EQ (1ml/week X3weeks) before to help my appetite and gain weight but now looking to put on some mass. What is a good First time user way to start? How much a week and what type of PCT should i do? I do have my diet in check and train 5 days a week. I am 5 6'' and weigh 185lbs. All advise welcome. -Thanks

I am currently going into week 9 on my first test-e only cycle and it has given me excellent results. Don't run anything else to see how you react. If your gear is "good" then you will get results. Just have an AI on hand and a thought out PCT plan. I would say get some blood work done before you start and then again on week 5, 6, or 7 to see where you are at and know how your gear is working. Sumantra is right your diet should change if your are not seeing results sometimes changing it from week to week. This is my experience so far. Keep reading through this website to grow your knowledge.

Skip the deca on your first run. 1 new compound at a time. You want to start off using the least amount possible to make gains. Test only your first run, learn how your body reacts to it and what kind of sides you get. If you start out running multiple compounds, especially a 19 nor, and things start to go south, how will you know which compound is causing tye problem and what to do about it?
And everything the others below me have said. The magnifying glas is your hest friend. Also read the stickies.

Im really tired of reading things like, " i have my diet in check" that means nothing to me. I have been to the worlds greatest college to study nutrition, I have been in the worlds greatest fighting force.
My diets not in check, this isnt chess. My diet eveolves every week, my body responding every week.
My training is not in check, i need motivation and energy like anyone else. My training changes very frequently.

See you want to use gear, but how can i endorse that for you when i read the same things over and over again. Your new to us. Explain to me what a diet in check looks like, explain to me what good training is. Then i will explain to you how you most likley have many changes to make before you think about sust deca

I agree with rustyhooker below. Also, do more research. Click on the blue magnifying glass. Type in first cycle, then after youve exhausted that, type in pct and wear that out as well. I will say that test only is the only first cycle that makes sense.
