I know its a week later but to be informed of my own body and to get a true accurate percentage i went to a well known university hospitals bariatric research center and paid 135 to have a body fat reading via water weightless body mass calculator were i was actually suspended in a tank .....the result was i wasnt far off i am 15.779 % body fat i am six foot 2 and 3/4 my waist is 35.75 and my weight via the water tank apparatus is 229.71lbs a final report with measurements and percentages will be sent to my primary doctor and i will ask for a copy to post and also post a pre cycle pic a before picturz the tech who did the test said this test is the most accurate method od determining bf and body composition hope this info clears up the debate over my bf% and i am more informed of my body and glad to know my stats pre cycle....

Get in the lifestyle of bodybuilding before you look at compounds. I think you will be surprised how much fat you can loose naturally just by proper diet, training, and sleep. Get it dialed in and stick with it for several month. Take a before picture then take one 3 months later. if your doing it right you will see a big difference.
Go 500 calories below maintenance once you figure it out. That will make you loose about a pound a week. This is a slow enough way because at only 500 below you minimize muscle loss.
Hope this helps, Try it

Thanks for coming back with a good attitude towards what we are trying to put together for you here bro... due to the compounds you have mentioned we cannot give you something "off the shelf" here, this one will have to be tailored to suit your specif needs and we as a community must have your safety as a paramount issue!we can design something that will work but looking at the info so far it will undoubtably need a considerable amount of effort and comittmant on your part to gain control of the bodyfat issue which is my main concern initially as to any productivity from any cycle we can offer and fine tune to your goal.

+3 karma for attitude straight off and the willingness to bring further relevant important info for the guys.

If you read were i said my coworker doubted i was 19% bf so we called a friend who works down the street as a personal trainer he used his scale tape and calipers to come up with 237 at 13% bf no need for me to lie i was misinformed and made the correction lying wouldnt help me or anyone so it was a mishap listening to a guy at that gym

I don't believe there's any intention by you to decieve, but those stats just don't add up. Just to give you a point if reference, I'm 6'1", 237lbs this morning, 12%bf and my waist is a gnats bollock over 33" the figures you've posted up are similar to mine, so I'm guessing there's a problem with your pals bf measurement. There's no chance you bf is that low with a 36.5" waist.

Therefore my advice is as I gave you earlier. With higher bf, gyno, sides and more importantly blood pressure issues are more likely whilst cycling. Diet and cardio for 3 months, then tell us where you are and we'll talk again about putting a cycle together.

Proper stats (current weight) body type and previous cycle/compounds used please.

phightinphil's picture

My current weight is around 250 19% bf my body type is unsure of technical term but i gain and hold fat in abdomen region arms legs back face etc has minimal fat im 23 yrs old 6-2 my gym experience is 6 yrs on and off my bench is at 235 1rep and my experience with gear is none used what i thought was adrol and halotest orals 4 yrs ago but it was bunk... an help will be appreciated

Catalyst's picture

Mate I'm going going to tell you how it is. You need to lose bf by cardio and diet, then revisit AAS later if you do desire. If you run gear at your current bf, you're going to have problems like gyno, bloating etc. hard work and discipline is your answer here, not pinning AAS.

I don't like T3 use. I had problems myself and ended up having a thyroidectomy as a result. It left me with atrial fibrillation at the age of 31. Having your heart stopped and restarted is scared, trust me. Don't fuck about with T3.

If you need help with diet, I'll help you out ok.
