First injectable cycle, advice/tips appreciated

ad

Hey everyone,

I am 21 years old, turning 22 in August. I have been training since I was 15, but only seriously with diet in check the last 2 1/2 years. I am currently at 83 kg at 8-9% bf at 185cm. I finished an epistane cycle 8 weeks ago, went from 81-91kg, and have been cutting since I finished. Loved the strength gains and pumps I got from it, but I had my calories too high at 4500 a day, although it was all clean. I track my calories and macros on myfitnesspal religiously.

Anyway the cycle I am looking at running, is as follows:

sus 250 600mg per week 16 weeks
boldenone 450mg per week 14 weeks
anavar 50mg a day last 6 weeks.
i will also be taking liquidex while i am on, although would letro be a better option?

pct will be nolva, clomid and hcg. I haven't worked out the dosages of these yet.

my diet that I eat pretty much every day whether cutting or bulking ( I just increase or decrease carbs) is:

meal 1: 3 whole eggs
80 grams fibre one cereal
10 almonds
200 ml light milk

meal 2: (Post workout)
1 banana
80 grams waxy maize (only if bulking)

meal 3:

200 grams chicken
150 grams brown rice
mixed veggies

meal 4: same

meal 5:
200 grams kangaroo mince
pasta or sweet potato fries

meal 6:
200 grams chobani yoghurt
peanut butter

I will sometimes have a protein shake although not every day

general macros when bulking are

250 protein
90 fat
500-700 carbs

when cutting:
250 protein
70 fat
150-300 carbs

I plan on starting on the 20th of this month.

I won't post my exact workout routine as it always changes

but i go 5-6 days a week

generally do chest/tris/calves
quads/abs
back/bis
hamstrings/calves
shoulders/arms

Legs are my strong point, arms are my weak point.

hope i have been detailed enough with my history. I have bloodwork done pre and post epi, all was fine, as i took a lot of support supplements and have a solid pct.

If you really want to be a pro then it's very important you follow the right order of operations regarding natty training and then gear and then some other drugs. At 6ft 183 you're not close to maxed out genetically. Do that first spend the next 2-3 years or so putting on as much muscle as possivle naturally. Then think about jucing. But you gotten understand just like natural training the longer you do it and the bigger you get the harder it is to add size and the same goes for steroids. If you wait until you 220ish you coach easily juice your way up to 260 before you stall and need to consider adding other stuff in the mix to bring up up to 290-300 lean but off season weight so you can compete at 270 or so. Your tall so you're gonna have to be heavy. But if you start using gear now at 180 you'll probably get to 220 or so and that's not even stage weight. You'd be looking at 200 on stage that's men's physique status. So then then what's next if you've basically maxed yourself out on gear. You're exhausting all the tools in your toolbox to early and you'll never make it to the right size. So if you really have dreams of being a pro tjeres only one way to do it unless you have some crazy superior genetics. First is spend the next few years maxing yoursel out naturally. Leaning your body what diets work best what kinda training works best for you. Then in a few years when that's all said and done add gear. Get all you can from gear do that for a few years and by then you should know what the next step is if it's necessary. If you don't follow these steps you will never come close to attaining the size necessary to be a 6ft pro bodybuilder.

That's the best advice I can give you. But stick around and learn there tons of posts on diet and training and shit like that and you can begin to soak up info on gear so when that time comes you already a book scholar when it comes to steroids.

If the guys below didn't tell you to rethink what your about to do then this wouldn't be the sort of information site that it's intended to be, at your age you still have a whole lot of growing that you can do naturally so why don't you take benefit of this and use it to your advantage as you seem to have good bf stats to make some good lean gains with keeping your diet in check and you seem to have the correct info when it comes to food intake, so with me sounding like a grandad and telling what not to do....please take some advice from below as they and myself are telling you to not cycle because we hate or dislike you and it's solely to guide you in the right direction as I'm sure you will be thanking us when the time comes and whatever you decide I wish you the best of luck

I thought you said advice and tips were appreciated? I guess you meant as long as they were in line with what you wanted to hear. The guys below are spot on with the advice. If you're serious about becoming an ifbb pro you should train natty to at least 200lbs while learning about your diet and training routine as you go. Your hpta (do you even know what that is?) Is not fully developed at 21 so there is a very good chance you will lose your nuts and be on trt for the rest of your life. Take the advice or don't brother. It's your life and you will be the one who has to deal with the consequences of your decisions.

thanks for your opinion, but i am not looking for replies that i am too young. i have 6 1/2 years training, although 2 1/2 seriously. i don't drink, smoke, i eat clean year around, this isn't some fad for me, i want to compete and become an ifbb pro in the future, as far fetched as it may sound. I also mean I am looking at starting on the 20th of may, so around 5 1/2 weeks still.

Nope. Come back in about five years. You're still going through puberty. Do you want to stick yourself for the rest of your life?? Do you have ANY clue of what you're doing to your body?!?! You need to do some reading. I'd sure hate to see you mess yourself up. But since you still have milk on your chin you won't listen to anyone anyway. Kiss your nuts goodbye. It's going to suck when you're finally into your early twenties and your dick won't work. Scary thought Huh??
