First Cycle Test-E

Hello,
I'm 180cm and 82kg with 14%bf, im doing my first cycle soon and i have some doubts, the cycle is as it follows:
week 1-10
-Test-e 500mg wk ( twice 250)
-Aromasin 12.5 E3D or EOD ( don't know how my body will react to the test/estrogen rebound)
-proviron 25mg ED
KEEPING AROMASIN<
week 12-13
HCG @1000iu twice a week
-Aromasin 12.5 E3D or EOD
week 14-15
-Aromasin 12.5 E3D or EOD
-Clomid 100/100/50/50
-Nolva 20/20/10/10
My questions are,
1-Aromasin should i take it in the morning ?
2- Proviron and Aromasin would be too much togeter? Using proviron as a way to increase the free Test
Any criticism is highly appreciated,

If ya that paranoid bruva, just run a low dose ai. And get some blood work done. Adjust accordingly,

Hello again, today ive done my second shot, don't know if it's my paranoia with scare of gyno.. but it feels like im having a bit more sensitive nipples.
Shoulder i wait to tuesday ( next shot) and see if it's just from my head... or jump into adex/nolva (as my aromasin should be here next tuesday) ?

What's happening here is ,you have virgin nipples, test stimulates the nips ,at least in me ,the high beams always on ...so your nips are grinding up on that t shirt ...id use a little Vaseline,on the nips and I'm sure that will work.:)

i will keep without aromasin (just 50mg proviron ED for now) till end of week 3 and if i see it gets worst yeah i will add AI

way too paranoid. No way there are estro sides on shot 2 of test e. trust me my friend my first cycle wasn't too long ago and I was also afraid of estro sides but I also knew there wouldn't be any for weeks out of my test e cycle and i did get sensitive nips but they were noticeable at the end of week 3. you're fine. as one eroider already put it, continue on.

I would take the proviron and just keep the aro on hand. For me the proviron is good enough for the estro sides for just a test only cycle.
Keep it simple for your first cycle, 500mg test e for 12 wks. Aromasin or arimidex starting week 3 or 4 depending on sides. Keep pct the except up nolva 40mgs from 20mgs and 20mgs from 10mhs. But drop the Aromasin at pct it's not needed.
bigmurphI would start just using proviron then if you get estro sides use aromasin 6.25 2x a wk but get bloods week 5 to be sure. Don't run aromasin during pct and the hcg you should use 250iu a wk 6-13 right up to pct
With the hcg in cycle you might need the aromasin as dosed above it will cause more estro
Your protocol for pct should be
100/40wk1-2
50/20wk3-4
With that being said solid first cycle but make sure you get bloods pre wk5 and post pct and eat like a champion high protein intake
Meddx can help you with diet he is very good at it if I were you i would definitely get his advice on diet.

1) u can take.aromasin in the evening and.in morning.
2) for the dose of test ur taking u can control estrogen with proviron...
Cycle can be 12 wks. Fix Nolva dosage in PCT. You take a chance in crashing ur estro runnin both aro and provi...i would stick with provi and get bloodwork aroumd 5-6 week....
Post diet calories and macros...

4k Calories, increasing it to 4.3-4.5 maybe during cycle and keeping the same macros ration 40/40/20
. my goals are to bulk up, put up maybe 15lbs on the cycle duration.
About provi and aromasin, thats exactly what i was scared about, i dont want to kill all my estro and libido with it, as the lady would get pissed off
Keep exemestane on hand...provi gonna give u better bang for ur buck...
Remember pre, mid and post cycle bloodwork...
Will try your advice, i got both on hand already but i will go with your advice.... use proviron 25mg everyday and check my body for symptoms... if required i will add aromasin.
