First Cycle of Low Dose Test-E

ad

28 years old
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 181
BF: %9
LBM: 162

The plan is to run 350 Test-E, along with proviron @ 50 ed for 12 weeks. I'll also be taking Femara while cycling.
I already have my complete PCT on hand(Nolva, Clo, Ari). I'll start PCT 2 weeks after last pin.

I know I'm probably 20-25 pounds below my natural limit. And that's exactly why I'm intending to run 2-3 cycles. I don't actually want to exceed my genetic potential. I just want to reach it quicker and then I can go into maintenance. I've been lifting for just about 3 years, and my "noob" and even "intermediate" gains are about shot. I just simply don't want to kill myself 4-5x a week to put on 5-7lbs in a year and maybe hit my limit sometime around 2019. I would like to be there in a year and then just do what it takes to maintain it.
I know you'll always lose a bit after going off-cycle, so I do intend to go slightly above my limit, so that I'll be sitting right at it, after I complete my final PCT.

My reasoning for the low dose is that I know several people who ran 300-400 and did quite well on it. I'm also not especially large ATM, so I don't think I need even a medium dose, as I'm on the skinny side of steroid users. From what I've read, I should respond nicely to this dose, especially since I'm pairing it with Prov. Everyone I know, did it without Prov and I think that will give it a nice boost. I figure I can always go up to a full 500 if I don't meet my expectations on the first round.

I'm interested in any personal experience any of you have had with low dose test cycles and any problem you see with my aims. The only thing I'm not open to is "Just go natty" advice, as I've already settled on running a cycle.

my mate just finished up very first cycle of test only, 400mgs a week for 12 weeks, mad nice gains 8kgs. lean muscle, he trains hard, already had a killa base and his legs are tree trunks before even touching gear, chicken and rice! lol his diet is awesome, he works in a factory doing hard yakka, like below stated, its a repair/ recovery thing, he was able too train more etc etc.

so in closing, if you have a base, good training and diet well, it will help with starting too put on the icing layers of the cake.

Everything seems to be good to me, I have yet to do any cycle with a lower dose of test, but i have heard proviron amplifies the qualities of test so this should be interesting, keep us updated on how this goes and good luck!

Get some pre-cycle bloodwork, first. Since ur here, hit the nutrition section, too. Rusty.gave 100% true advice.

I would decrease provi dose to 25 ed. Then, for PCT use a lower dosed regimen for Aromasin.....be easy with Femara for AI starting off, too, u may not need it when running provi...

No, I'm not an ecto. I was just insanely weak/fat at first. I started out at 180lbs with just 122LBM(serious). So about %33 BF. Most of the first year was a combo of fat loss and light muscle gain. I was only working out 2-3x per week and though I thought I was lifting heavy... I wasn't. It took a good year, just to stop working out like a retard.
It's really been the last two years that I've put on size. After the first year, my LBM was only up to about 130(+8). Though I was down to 155 by then(about 35lbs of fat/water loss).
I put on about 19lbs of LBM the 2nd year and dropped another 10lbs of fat.
I put on another 12 lbs in the last year. This was the first year I was even close to training or eating right.

I put on about 11 of it in the first 9 months. The last three has seen my speed drop off pretty bad. I think I've about maxed out my "easy" gains.

I eat enough, though I don't do "bulks". I know it slows my progress down, but I'm not really interested in being fat again, so that one day I can be fit. I do intend to finally do a bulk when I start this. I know I'll need to up the calories by about 1,000/day and double my protein intake. For PCT, I know I need to eat slightly above maintenance, because any deficit usually means muscle, not fat is lost. I'll still try to stick with a clean bulk. I'd prefer to put on no more than 1-1 fat/muscle. I don't mind losing 15-20lbs of fat once I'm done, but I'm not good with putting on 40+lbs of fat. I'd be right back where I was, if not even fatter.
