+ 1 First cycle help please guys..
Hi guys,
I am 50 years of age male weigh 13 st 5-10 tall
I have used weights off and on over the years and have just got back into the groove doing a 3 day push pull routine,just to get me back into it.My goal is to start my very first cycle in mid May. My question is does the cycle below look OK as a first for a dinosaur like me.
Would I be better adding in an Aromatase Inhibitor Im reading that may help with excess estrogen,although at least I think thats what it means.
Im not too sure of my BF level but would guess somewhere between 15-20 % will try to add a picture later. Would I be best to cut weight from now to mid May to try and strip away the BF and the cycle from there ? or does it matter in terms of the overall performance of the test E.I reckon I need to drop a stone max in weight.
My diet is carp at the minute due mainly to a very physical job that I do for about 50 hours per week Days and nightshifts which does not help from the rest point of view,but hey I got to eat and the job has to stay .I intend to sort that out ASAP.
The intended Cycle is below..
Weeks 1-10: 500mg Testosterone Enanthate per week (2 injections of
250mg, Sunday Morning Wednesday night)
PCT starts week 12, two weeks after last test shot
Week 1&2: 40mg Tamoxifen (nolva) per day
Week 3&4: 20mg Tamoxifen (nolva) per day

tread-mI'd like to see pre-cycle bloods that include estradial and free test. You may be a candidate (likely are) for trt after your cycle. If your natty test level is very low you will quickly feel like a million bucks and when this cycle is over you will plunge back to the dreaded horrible level if that is the case and realize just how far down you really were. The drop in natty has taken a very long time to occur so you don't notice it so much. After being way up in the sweet spot and above here, you will notice it in a big big way post cycle. Just a thought for you here. If at your age you begin your very first cycles unlike say a viking below, I believe one is much more inclined to be healthier and happier and feel better with trt alone before we even talk about the benefits of a cycle here and there. Trt would turn back the clock for you and keep youin a better place as opposed to the serious cliff drop you will experience in 14/15 weeks.
The guy below has it right for you bro,re bodyfat defo use AI thoughout the cycle you will be more prone to gyno with that high BF.
Best practice would be as you mention to get that BF down maybe a third to get the best from your E,get the diet right on cycle eat clean,train with intensity meaning short and heavy,get quality rest periods and you should see good quality gain,PCT must be on point to help keep what you create,have a good cycle stay hungry then come back for run two info

Hey man that sounds great for first cycle, I would just run it for 12 weeks to get the most of long estered test, as well as clomid for PCT 4 weeks 100/100/50/50. As far as the body fat %, I'll let other guys give advice on that cause in not a hundred percent sure, but I believe dropping some body fat never hurts. Most importantt I would work on a good routine for your diet. You said you work 50+ hours a week, ao for this next moth or so I would try and figure out a meal plan for those long days, how when where and what your gonna eat, maybe cook one day a week and bring it to work each day, idk find what works best for you and figure out how to do it before cycle this way when you start your already on a good routine, remember diet is most important part along with rest, and considering everything else looks alright at this point, let's look at that aspect
