Hi, I'm doing a first Test Prop cycle of 12 weeks. Now I've ordered Test Prop and NPP to continue.
I do not understand anything about using Tamoxifene Pos cycle.
Do you take it during the cycle or at the end?

You'll hear mixed guidance on whether to use Tamox during or after. The fact of the matter is that it was simply engineered as an alternative to clomiphene, accomplishing same intended result through different chemical pathway and lower dose.

Uhm .. stats? Bf. What about getting blood work. Why prop for 12 weeks. Where is the food. 182 pounds at 5-9. I'm 5-10 190 lean. 3500 clean cals before 2 pm and still have 3 more meals a day. Trying to get to 200 then do some blood work to see if a cycle is even smart. Or necessary at this point. And a ton of real research not just what the bigger guy at the gym says.

How far into this cycle are you? You might be better to bail on it and get your shit straightened out first before you do some real damage to yourself.
Do not use NPP or any 19nor compound. you can start with a test P cycle only and it will be more than enough. Tamoxifene you can use while on cycle and after cycle also.
why no 19nor? Sure they have negative side effects , like every other steroid but also a lot of positive effects. But thats not the topic here!

Npp imho, is not a beginner compound. I wouldnt fuck with it. You do not know how you will react to test, and sounds like even if you find out it is not good you wont be ready. And trust me a first time trying to get your estogen under control is enough. Why make it 100 times harder when you have 2 compounds in you and you start getting symptoms. How are you going to know what they are from? Cant fix something when you dont know whats broke. If you figure your cycle out, get proper ai and pct and UNDERSTAND it. You will not need anything other than the test.
How many cycles have you ran before. I think you are going to be in a world of hurt if all you have is Nolva.

start 5 days after last injection
1st week: 40mg / day
week 2 - 6: 20mg / day
that is how I'd do it, just my advice.
