First cycle after slap tear surgery

ad

It's been 8 months since my shoulder surgery and been running my normal trt 200mg test c and 250mg deca e6d through physical Theropy and feel great now been back in gym for 2 months and have no issues besides some over the head stuff. I feel confident I know my limits and am ready to get back on a full cycle. My stats are in my profile and I've done more cycles then I'd like to admit so I know how pretty much all compounds effect me and I run bloods quite often. Just want your thoughts on this cycle, considering my previous slap tear surgery 8 months ago.

This cycle will be 20-24 weeks
300mg test c e6d
900mg eq e6d
12.5mg aroma Ed

Weeks 12-18 adding 700mg tren a
100mg tren a Ed
.5mg caber e3d

Just want your thoughts on this cycle,

Take it slow like mentioned below...and remember to donate blood based of BW. Keep your macros/calories dialed in as you gain and meet your goals, recalculating your BMR and balancing your TDEE. And, lift smart. Dont get crazy. I only agree with using Test, imho. I would save the other AAS for later.

Can you post an unidentifiable pic, please, so we can see what you have accomplished? Thanks.

Wish you luck with your full recovery. Been through several severe injuries and recoveries. Be patient and give it more time than you think it needs. It's worth it in the long run.
I feel that adding tren to the mix is a mistake right now. Keep things simple and on the light side is my advice. Best of luck.

See I was kinda thinking the same thing, that's why I was gonna start it at week 12 so that would be 12 months of recovery before tren. I think this will be a more "time will tell" kinda things. Being patient just sucks, but is better in the long run! Thanks for ur input.

Yes its holding up very well i just have to listen to my body. Flat bench and shoulder press are out of the question and doc even told me that might never come back all the way. It's all about how serious u take your physical Theropy and rest, cant stress that enough!!!

Just be careful and as you mentioned, listen to your body.

doc even told me that might never come back all the way

There are so many high level athletes who heard the same from their doc, just an example, in feb. 2014 (i guess) Brandon lilly squatted about 800 pounds and his knee collapsed, causing both patellas to be broken or something like that...don't remember exactly what it was. But my point is, all the docs said, he could be grateful if he is ever going to walk properly again. A year later, he lifts again with crazy numbers..
And there are thousands of stories about stuff like that. Yes, listen to your doc but something like that is not set in stone.

Just take it easy and work yourself into it again, strengthening all the ligaments and muscles around it ;-)

I totally understand and agree what your saying, that is why i said "might never come back all the way" Im a true beleiver in most injuries are mental When it comes to recovery. I am confident I will get back to 100%. I was more interested in what people's thoughts of the cycle I'm starting where?
