First Cycle
ad
Weeks 1-12 Test E 300mg (twice weekly)
Weeks 3-8 Anavar 50mg (10 mg spread throughout out the day)
Weeks 15-16 Nolvadex 40mg daily
Weeks 17-18 Nolvadex 20mg daily
Weeks 3-12 HCG 300IU taken 12 hours after Test
Diet is a variety of different foods but overall most days I get:
3000 calories 40% protein 50% carbs and 10% fats
I've gotten a lot of advice from people and I'm 90% sure this is the cycle I am going to do. Any advice/critique is appreciated though.
Thanks

DtechI'm 23 5'7 sub 10% body fat and 160lbs. I'm probably below my natural potential, but I'm not looking to be super huge like most of you guys. I'm just looking to gain as much strength as I can while maintaining the physique I like.
My friend ran Var he loved the results and I'm envious of them. I know a lot of people say that you have to run it high, but I feel like if 6mg of test gets produced daily and only some of that converts to DHT 50mg of Var is at least going to do a little bit.
As for calories I normally run a 40/40/20 with 2750 calories and I figured I could use the extra carbs. I would rather hinder my gains than put on excess fat.
As for the 300mg test I meant to put 200mg test. That's an oops on my part.
Thanks for the advice. More is always apreciated.
sgtstedankoYou don't know what you're doing, yet... Hit it hard, in the kitchen & gym, like your life depends on it. IMHO, learn nutrition 1st, specific for you, your body. Get that absolutely on dial 1st. Continue researching various compounds, etc. Come back later... Good luck
DtechWhat should I learn about nutrition exactly? I mean I already know how to eat to obtain the results I want off steroids I figured adding 250 calories a day would be enough to stave off fat gains while putting on strength gains.
Could you at least steer me in the right direction?
sgtstedankoObviously not. If you KNOW you are not yet at your natty max, why would you consider AAS? As a shortcut for hard work & dedication? Try hard. Build a better training background & have good knowledge on how your body reacts to working out, dieting, carb manipulation, etc & generally pushing the natural limits, breaking through plateaus all natty. All while researching AAS, side effects, dif compounds, etc, etc, etc. Not just lusting after you buddies results. So you can keep up w/them, or be better. This will work out much better for you in the long run. You're too young, anyway. I'm steering you to the library. Be the turtle : ) Feel free to pm me.

DtechThat has a pretty good nutrition section, but I have a big problem with the amount of saturated fats. From a biological standpoint not getting enough saturated fats is going to greatly hinder your endocrine system and your test axis.
You keep talking about pushing my natural limits, but I don't really want to break through my natural limit. I just want to become as strong as I possibly can while staying lean.
Researching different compounds would be a waste of time since I'm only planning on using anavar and testosterone and the different esters of test only affect halflife and release rate. As for Anavar I've looked into Anavar to the point of understanding the mechanism of why oxandrolone affects epiphyseal plate expansion.
If you say I'm too young I can't really argue since most people tell me to wait till I'm at least 25, but you don't have to tell me that I don't know how to bodybuild. You're pretty much repeatedly insulting me without actually learning that I know what I'm doing when it comes to nutrition, sleeping, and weightlifing.
I've been working out since I was a Jr. in high school and I started working out seriously the end of my Freshmen year in college. I've tried plenty of programs but after a while I just started doing my own programs which are essentially a push pull I feel comfortable with and after 9 weeks I switch workouts and days around.
sgtstedankoSigh! You're impatient. Right now. You think you know it all. You sold yourself on something that looks good on paper. If you know as much as you think, why can't you beak through this plateau? You've been working out hard since you were a Jr in hs! Which was like last year. Do you see my point. Quality fats, brother. Quality! I'm not insulting you, so don't get your panties in a bunch. You don't possess the proper mindset, as of yet. You're too young, & you know it. Good man... Put in the hard work it takes to become a man. Learn patience. Continue researching... Be the turtle
DtechI think you're confusing low density as good. Just because it doesn't clog your arteries doesn't mean it provides necessary saturated carbons.
I'm not saying I'm not too young, but I really doubt that I'm doing anything to the point of error. My physique is exactly where I want it to be. All I want is the strength gains and the hardness. Now if you say that I'm too young I can understand that, but I really do believe that I've got my nutrition where I can stay lean and still very slowly progress onward with strength and to me that's the goal. AAS would just cut out most of the end work and push me past my natural limit. Once I've seen what that limit is I'll be able to maintain it there hopefully as long as I can.
sgtstedankoUnless you are a runner/Sprinter, etc. Your Carbs are too high, & protein too low. how old are you? Why are running 600 for your 1st? More isn't necessary... Drop your var, It's retarded to run it like that, anyway! Stats!
More calories IMO, maybe 3500?
I was thinking the same. Find out you TDEE and add on about 500 more calories

Might as well get this out of the way...
Age, stats?
Fats look to low, should be at leats 20 %. Try 40/40/20
DtechI've also got liver detox and anti estrogens if needed.
DtechOh and around 80% of the carbs are polysaccharides.
