first cycle

ad

looking at my first steroid cycle, new to steroids but not new to lifting. have been lifting for about 5 years 2 of those being serious with a planned diet and workout program. i know i want my first cycle to be test e only. I've done quite a bit of research but after reading a lot of newbies stuff i figured my idea would get shredded upon posting so i figured id wait and see what y'all said. the only thing is I don't really wanna do more than 300 mg a week to start and pinning once a week. i know this is low but its my first time every taking anything other than bcaas or pre workout and want to see what gains i get doing as little as possible. my questions are length and pct mostly.

current stats are as follows:

6'0
240lbs
consuming on average 7000 calories a day
(that has become what is needed to maintain my weight)

bench 425
squat 645
deadlift 675

I'm not looking to step on stage as a body builder, I'm really into powerlifting but i like staying leaner.
mainly looking to break the plateau and move up all my lifts and advance genetic potential.

thank you for any info you guys might have

my command is the main reason I'm wanting to start low at 300mg and do just the test e. I want good results but to much to fast could raise eye brows. and as far as pictures go I've tried to no avail. i can give measurements of waste and chest and was not but thats the best i can do. if pictures are needed for the best advice it is what it is i suppose. as i know my size is somewhat hard to believe but i got good genetics i guess. and as for the body fat I've said before that was given to me by a "bod pod" so if those are off than yes I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure they are realistic numbers. as always thank you for all the positive advice you all have given me.

All joking aside on my end- any deployments or new duty stations in the near future? Command pretty “chill” (although that’s an oxymoron)? It’s a lot different running it in the military- obviously a lot of dudes do it, you just have to be 100X more smart about it. I was lucky enough to be in a MOS/group that we pretty much self-governed and not have to worry about “big army”/the big green weenie fucking us.

You guys that are posting about calories... My gf eats around 2600-3000 a day in the off-season. Npc figure. I myself just came off a diet that was 6200 a day and i have celiac so it has to stay fairly clean granted i am i little heavier then him. Im not sayin this guy is or isnt eating 7000 calories im just saying its not impossible. And i have no idea how you guys are growing off 3000 calories.

If these stats are true he’s gotta be a monster. However dealing with athletes (non bodybuilders) their fat percentages are usually off between 5-10%.

Hello Sir,

Your statistics in pretty amazing, if everything you put down is truth then you could potentially be a great bodybuilder being on stage at the weight over 220 pounds that would be classed as heavyweight non-enhanced. Sounds like Kai Greene if you know who I am talking about.
I know our community can be a bit emotional with the comments but I hope that is not the reason you put false details down to impress us, as you would only fool yourself.
Now about your question, I will probably sound boring now but I would get blood work done before you have touched any synthetic substance for your future reference and also to confirm you are generally healthy person. You have already made your mind up about the quantity of the substance and I believe you meant long ester Testosterone.
I like your approach by starting easy and testing the effect of a single hormone on your body. In case you don't like it, you can simply quit and fairly quickly recover your natural hormones to reference range. And this is where your pre-cycle blood work will become handy so you can compare the numbers and know for sure when you have fully recovered.
Hope this helps

Regards

yes i know 7000 sounds like a lot, trust me i know i pay for it. but 7000 isn't really that insane a number when your looking at different powerlifting diets. but regardless thank you all for all the information you've provided

helloBrooklyn's picture

Looks like you hit the genetic lottery for powerlifting with those numbers at such a young age. You might look into competing at world levels in feds with stringent testing as a natty if you’re doing this well without gear

7,000 calories is next to impossible to eat on a daily basis!! Post pictures of your front and back and legs. No homo. Don't get complex with drugs. Test cyp or enanthate. 150mg 2 times a week or however you want to do it. Have ai if needed but probally need nothing for estrogen. Need to see your physique and then we can help you more.

I’d like to see a picture to. 240 at 13 % is big.

Amen. 13 percent my ass. 23 percent much more likely. Can't wait to see some real pictures. 600 lb life show those pigs eat up around that. I'm 230 lbs and I don't eat more than 3k. 7k is not accurate. Let me see someone eat that amount of calories for 2 months. Have a heart attack and clogged arteries in no time

Calrizzian's picture

Unless he has two 3 hour powerlifting/gym sessions a day at moderate effort... yeah there’s no damn way.

I’m right there with you my man- I’m waking up at 235-6 right now and down to 10-11% (dexa scan said 10.5) and I eat 3.2-3.3K a day. I couldn’t even imagine doubling that intake and then some... Jesus.

But, I could def be wrong- wouldn’t be the first time. There’s always exceptions to everything. I have a feeling he may be closer to 4-4.5K if anything. Unless he’s eating 3 MREs a day, but he’d already be dead from not being able to shit and that’d explain why he weighs 240.

I agree my friend. I don't know alot about powerlifting. But I do know how much food that is and it's sickening to eat that kuch. Sumo guys eat around that. His weight would never stop increasing. He would continue to gain weight on 7k a day. Without anabolic and hgh the bf would get horrible quick. Oh dear lord, please don't say mre lol I can't even smell them anymore I have eaten way too way of those things! Gives me flashbacks lol

RangerVet's picture

Now if he looks like roelly or Markus Raul, I understand and will say sorry for my posts. Otherwise something smells off

RangerVet's picture

And you sure as hell don't need 7k a day of calories to maintain 240. That's ridiculous

7k maintenance.......really?

Yes some trt clinics dose every 6 days. Does not mean their levels don't swing a lot. For our purposes you want your levels to remain as stable as possible. Dosing every 3.5 days IE Monday and Thursday. Is good for stability. There isn't anything wrong with a low dose 300 mg. Most will recommend 500. It's your body so you will ultimately make that decision. I would recommend getting bloods before you start so you know were you test levels are naturally. And to see were you should be after your cycle. To confirm you have recovered. And get un technology challenged cauae some will want to see this body before and after. No homo

fuzzball54's picture

I've read people doing once a week and every 4 days. half life says 5 to 7 but being the same compound used in testosterone replacement therapy and they do once a week i figured it would work. but was one here looking for the final answer in all of it.

fuzzball54's picture

and yes i know 300mg is really low, but I've read that the body puts out 3 to 7 mg of test per day meaning at maximum output id be at 49mg a week. so introducing 300mg a week i figured would yield results. I'm looking to stay in the 242 weight class but be as big as possible.

RangerVet's picture

So you want to do a cycle to gain 2 pounds??
Don't take a shit today amd there's your 2 pounds. No drugs required. Your not being honest. 240 now??????

fuzzball54's picture

the 13 % was given to me at a "bod pod" on my military installation, so where those aren't completely accurate i figure it is pretty close. And the calories is a mix between metabolism and cardio 3 mornings a week lifting 6 times per week. working on pictures however I have a mac and am technologically challenged.

fuzzball54's picture

thank you for your input and no worries i get a pay check lol. and yes not looking to be spoon fed i knew the climid and nova was a must and should have been more specific. the on cycle stuff really confused me with arimidex and proviron and was trying to keep it as simple as possible without hating myself in the process. thank all of you so much for all the input. there are just so many different thoughts on the internet that i started to get conflicting methods
