Fat Loss

ad

I'm 37 yrs old 5-8" 240lbs. I was diagnosed w/ low test (280 total) and have begun test replacement per endocrinologist. He suggested 100/2wks and I thought that was a little low.

Started out at 250/wk test cyp for about 4wks then jumped to 500/wk for about the last 3wks.

I've started Jon Kiefer's Carb Nite, which I seem to like. Any experience in this type of keto diet working well?

I train for powerlifting but don't wanna be a lard a**.

My main question is:

Should I run anything alongside the test cypionate to help w/ fat loss-sustain muscle? I see some blends out there but don't know much about them. I've been told Anavar could be useful.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I won't be cycling off test - just reducing the dosage (blast and cruise)

Thanks for the advice - I'll look into it if the keto thing doesn't work out. I'm already committed to it so I'll see how it goes.

Thanks for the advice. I'd personally like to just stay on test. Before I started taking test I was in a world of hurt. I noticed a difference after 2 days of the first injection. Going to 500 hasn't seemed to make much of a difference from 250 but maybe 3 weeks isn't enough time to tell the difference. Then again, being on this diet probably has a profound effect on strength. I have plenty of energy tho.

I also ordered a home "blood spot" test to see where I am on 500. I hope it's near as accurate as a blood serum test.
