EQ/SUS/A-50 Cycle help please
I'm a hard gainer recovering from some ailments and life circumstances that left me a very skinny 59 kilos last year. I made the decision to use AAS and cycle my first time primarily for health reasons. Though I was a bit ignorant and luckily I did not do more harm than good, In my opinion, it was the best decision I ever made. The changes in my physique and health has been nothing short of astounding.
I'm 48 years old
177cm
Gained 30 lbs.
Lost 8 lbs water weight.
Diet is tapered off as well as the workouts are milder.
I've taken 12 weeks since PCT to allow my body to recover from the gear, mass protein diet and the 6 days a week of power lifting. I did very little cardio on this cycle as I was concentrating on just gaining weight and mass. I'm very pleased with the results so far and I'm holding firm at 70-72 kilos now of good muscle gain with 9%BD diet is down from 5,000 cal per day and work out down to 4 days a week now.
First cycle completed:
week 1-6 dbol 40mg ED
week 1-12 SUS 500 per week
week 1- 10 Deca 500 per week (ran out)
week 12-14 Hcg 1500i.u./1500i.u/1000i.u. EOD
PCT
nolva 40/40/20/20/10/10
First cycle was a very aggressive mass cycle with great results, albeit it was ignorant and a bit much for a first cycle, I know this now but was very lucky.
My bloods came back very good 12 weeks after PCT.
I'll be getting another blood in 8 weeks before I start my second cycle.
I'd like to continue putting on a bit more mass and this time incorporate more cardio.
After much reading and research, I'm hoping to get some advice and comments on my next cycle.
Particularly opinions on front loading EQ (there seems to be a debate as to whether front loading has any merit or not).
Also Hcg i.e when and how and how much i.e. last weeks of the cycle? day 1 of the cycle? after 4 weeks into the cycle?
Aromasin instead of Arimidex? I have both on hand.
Second cycle looks like this so far.
Changes, opinions and suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
Thank you!!
goal: Mass, lean bulk
Week 1-4 Oxymethelone 50mg ED (milk thistle every day? how much/how long?)
Week 1-16 EQ 600 per Week (should I front load?)
Week 1-16 SUS 500 per Week
Week 1-18 Aromasin 12.5 EOD (run 6.25 EOD first 2 weeks of PCT?)
Week 1-16 Hcg 500iu per Week
PCT 2 weeks after last injection
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50

GearofWarNo milk thistle. Useless. TUDCA my friend.
yeah, nolva is not a good enough pct for that first cycle, go get bloods, you will not be recovered, at your age, 48 you will more than likely end up on trt for it, scrap that second cycle and dont be inpatient, i dont beleive you are consuming 5000 calories, list your full diet and dont make shit up, at your size and weight, if you are were consuming that kind of food, with proper training, you would gain that kind of weight quickly without roids, jeeez im 6'2 106kgs and i only take in between 6-8 thousnd and i gain, something is off here, 59 kilos is classed as anorexic in men, thats litearally skin and bone, unless you were eating chocolate biscuits and lollies to get your calories, i call bull shit on 5 thousand calories at your size.
happy to help you with a solid, semi dirty bulk diet, but leave the juice alone for now.
Hello, I just got my bloods done and apart from high tryglyceride levels, everything is on a good range so far. I'm quite concerned just the same. I will get another done very soon to follow up. I'll hope I won't have to be on trt.
I absolutely was 59 kilos and yes, I was skin and bones. Like I said I gained 30 lbs at my peak and yes, I was consuming enormous amounts of food at an average of 5000 per day while on cycle. Albeit it wasn't strictly clean foods, but for the most part it was a lot of proteins and fruits, supplements with vitamins. You can call bullshit if you'd like, but it's a fact. I am a Chef with 5 restaurants and pubs and have constant access to food. I was eating like a horse and it was difficult for me, at times feeling like I was force feeding myself, but I'm a pretty dedicated person especially when having to look at my photos of myself at 59 kilos, it was quite motivating as I am deathly terrified of being that skinny ever again. There was mention from my training partner that with the amount of food I was eating, I probably would have gained near that much weight without the gear I was taking. In hindsight, I'm beginning to understand that natural was the way to go in the first place and I was impatient, I definitely will not be now and I'm so glad I came to this site for advice because I would probably have just started another cycle already. Like I said, I am not on that 5000 diet now as it's quite difficult for someone my size to keep eating that much food every day, but I do continue to consume a hell of a lot more food than I used to before I started my lifestyle change. In any case, I will leave the juice alone, I've heard enough from experienced people here and in other threads all in concurrence and I thank you all for it.
I will get a full health check up including Thyroid as gearhead suggested to determine why it is and has always been so difficult for me to gain weight naturally.
I'll be back to post my results soon.
Please keep the comments, opinions and advice coming, I absolutely take heed and appreciate everything!
Thank you!
no worries gordon ramsay, lol i will take your word for it, if you head up into the general talk section, you will see the diet clinic, post in there mate, get you a solid diet.
suppose that was a bit harsh what i wrote, you seem like a decent dude, so as i said, all is good, still dont do a cycle though, user catalyst will put you on the right path.

By the way, funny you should call me that because it's not the first time...actually my job is quite similar to what Gordon Ramsay does as I'm a consultant/Research and development Chef and been called the Asian counterpart of Gordon Ramsey and as small and skinny as I am, when i walk into a new property, the kitchen staff are terrified of me, good thing I never experienced roid rage when I was on cycle, actually it made me a lot calmer, go figure huh? aahhaha...
Not at all bro, harsh would be if you didn't give it to me straight and I appreciate the frank honesty and concern. I could take it 1 of two ways, defiant, offensive and personal and use that as a catalyst to justify using gear again, or know that most of you are here to help and quite literally save us newbies from making perilous life altering mistakes. I don't take lightly the potential of me being dependent on something the rest of my life and I surely hope I didn't do too much damage to myself already. Any other suggestions on preventative or post treatment from my mistakes already made from that first cycle? Is it too late to administer anything? Like I said, my bloods came back good as far as what my doctor reviewed with me, she said apart from high cholesterol (most likely from me eating like godzilla) I was in good normal range with everything else. I'm not really sure what I'm suppose to be looking for or what some of the initials mean, LH 2.14, FSH 3.29, TSH .98, Estradiol 23.14, Testosterone 2.69, keep in mind I am in South Korea getting bloods from South Korean labs and not sure if the readings are in different units/levels . Is there anything specific I'm looking for in my blood works that would give me a heads up that something could be damaged or wrong?
Again Thanks, I take everything you guys say to heart and not too proud to admit to my ignorance in this matter.
I will definitely get a proper diet plan going and stay clear of gear.
Bro, there is no way anybody on this whole website is gonna cosign (approve) your use of steroids.
Even though you have cycled once. Even though you are happy with the results you got. Even though . . .
You are 5' 10" and 154 lbs.
You don't have the muscle base built to take advantage of anabolics and you are so slender, a proper stack of roids for an average man with gym time is putting your health in jeopardy.
Go look at the diet and training sections of the site. I recommend you bring your weight up to 180 lbs. naturally before you even think of any more steroids.
Yes, I realize folks as light weight as you are have gotten some results with anabolics - I'm predicting you will be unable to hold those gains long term. Are there exceptions? Of course. You may be one of them but I have no way of knowing and am not going to encourage you.
Get a blood test done to see what damage has already been done.
I'm not here to tear you to shreds bro and demoralize you either. I would be happy to have a long soul searching kind of talk with you in PM. Send me a FR and we can exchange email.
X2, Good advice.
