Does a Tren E cycle make sense?
I'm trying to get some feedback on whether a Tren A cycle makes sense for me:
35 y/o
6'4, 300 pounds
25% BF
I've run cycles before. First cycle was about 5 years ago, Anavar only. Good results but it fucked with my liver a little bit so I've shied away from orals. Since then I've used Test as a gel (with legit rx) and I'm currently running some Test prop at 100mg 3/week
But, obviously, my BF is very high and I need some help cutting it down - the fat doesn't come off nearly as quickly as it used to :( Training-wise I'm doing some 3x5 compound lifts (squat, bench, military) 3/week and things like biceps, tris and back rows 2/week and then 2, 30-minute cardio sessions every day (one AM, one PM).
From what I've read, a clenbuterol or a Tren A (or Tren E) cycle would make sense right now. But clen is hard to find - my understanding is that it's no longer readily available in Mexico - and the side effects are a little scary. So I did some research on Tren and it sounds like it provides thermogenic effects while still being anabolic.
Does it make sense to do that or should I be looking at other things?

I would stop counting calories. Worry about how much protein and carbs your taking in. Protein is the building block of your body. It is important to spread out your protein intake in several meals. You want your body to have protein ready when it needs to build. Carbs give you energy. If you eat more carbs than you use up it is stored as fat. A complex carb that is high on the glycemic index(Ex.potato) would be good to eat in morning. Anyway my answer is eat more protein and eat it more often, Drink water and drink it often,Stick to a workout plan, and sleep good.
Post up your diet, that is most likely where the problem is.
Good point. Not gonna lie, my diet has been problematic in the past. Hot dogs, candy bars, ice cream, etc. But I've improved it in the past 3 weeks to be nearly carb-free. Im taking in about 800-1000 calories/day with most of it being chicken and vegetables.
The first thing you need to learn about is diet, steroids should only be used after diet and training have been dialed in for quite some time, years time. Do people do steroids prior to this? yes! but the problem is once you come off everything that you work so hard for will simply go away in half the time it took to get if diet isnt dialed in. Diet isnt something you just start doing for some length of time, its a life style! It takes discipline and sometimes down right sucks! But it is necessary for long term goals, go to the diet section and get your food intake in check, or nothing is gonna work, you will simply waste your money on juice, work really hard with little achievement, and loose/gain it all right after cycle ends.
now that is too low. for long term success i would suggest not going completely carb free. replace some of the problem foods with healthy foods. like yougart, oatmeal, high protein foods, whole grains, fruit and vegies.
workout volume needs to increase. do more sets. do sets of 8-20 reps or to failure. and keep doing cardio. a half-hour a days should be good with diet on point. two sessions seems overkill.
zewiNo none of that makes sense first Test should be a base in any cycel.
However, you don't need a cycle you need a diet and get that BF down. I'm fine if you want to take some Clen only and get your Diet in check and work hard for the next 6 months, and get that BF to 13 and then we can talk.
Until than Diet, Diet ,Diet. Cardio Cardio Cardio, GYm GYM GYm.. AAS should not even be on your mine. Your body is not ready for it.
Doesn't Tren have similar (if not better) cutting results than Clen? That's why I'm looking at it. Help me understand why you said Clen would be OK but not Tren. Not trying to argue with you bro, I appreciate the help, but I'm just trying to get my head around this.
zewiClen helps people loose fat, doctors actually give it to overweight patience. However, Tren is a whole different animal and it is not the best thing to start off with on your first cycle. Sure Tren can help, but not what you want. Test would have to be added to the Tren. Also Tren is potent it scores a 500 were test scores a 100. You will have to worry about sides, and all kinds of other things. Also being at that high of a BF tren will not help you the way you think. Get that BF in order. Then do a Test E only cycle for 12 weeks and move from there.
Your Diet is the most important thing whether on AAS or not. Trust me you don't need AAS you need a Diet and a work out plan for the next 6months. And then we can talk.
