+ 1 Cycle stack recommendations

ad

My first cycle was just 400 test a few years ago to get my feet wet. I’m attempting to recomp, I have 50lbs to lose and I want to keep lean mass in an 800 calorie deficit.

What I’ve been thinking is 400 test (I’m on 140mg trt), 400 mast, and 100-200 deca. Being somewhat new at this I don’t wanna go too crazy and I want to stick with things that I think are “easier” to manage. Let me know your thoughts? Thanks!

Edit- everyone seems to think I’m 40% body fat or something. I’m 281lbs and my fat free mass is 211. I’m 25% body fat. 50lbs was a rounding thing. It’s closer to 40lbs. The goal is to maintain all the lean mass on the way down the rest of the way. I’m already on Reta, already eating 275g protein, been cutting fo four months and lost 50lbs with one lbs lost muscle so far. (Deca scans every 6 weeks).

My diet is fine. I’m not new to the gym. Nobody here at 25% bf uses gear to maintain lean mass down to 12-15%? Or is it just fun to shit on people that are above 20% bf? I’m a little confused.

My lean body mass is 211. As in- if you took all my fat off, everything that’s left weighs 211.

You beat me to it. Something seems off with the calculations. Im 6'3" 225 17%. I'm not as jacked as you animals.

If I was 5'9" + another 20lbs id imagine I'd be somewhere north of 30%?? I don't fucking know... I don't even know what planet I'm on anymore

The calculations are solid. I’m an engineer. I can do basic math. See above explanation. I’m a former powerlifter.

You should just try to stay as healthy as possible. Has nothing to do with using gear. Nobody here is the gatekeeper of the gear. You should use as little gear as possible to achieve your goals. Sounds like in this case it's to cut some fat and keep as much muscle as possible, and you're definitely not the first person in the world to wanna do that.

You should crank up the gear and go on a proper blast when you are able to eat in a surplus to make the best use of the gear and your training. Cant be on a cut and in a bulk at the same time. THATS why you keep the test low on a cut and high on a blast.

I know it sounds vanilla, but I’d only add in one compound at a time so you know what is doing what when you’re new to this. Personally, I suggest throwing test up to the 500+ range and see how that goes before adding anything new.

I appreciate your comment, sir. I’ll consider it. I wanted to add the mast for estradiol control because I’ve always been told to avoid AIs if I can.

Probably stick to the 140mg trt for now, and lose the weight you need to lose first.

Masteron not gonna do much for you unless you're already lean. Would be a waste of an expensive compound. Nandrolone can make you put on quite a bit of water weight, so probably not something you would be interested in while trying to cut. (Disclaimer, I've never done nandrolone, so take that for what it's worth).

Your best money spent at this point would be some retatrutide.

I’m on Reta already. I wanted to add mast to keep e2 in check without AI… I appreciate the response.

Spotterboy29's picture

I have the mast e already. And the deca. Is 25% bf not lean enough?

Milfpounder's picture

25% bf is thiccccc.

Perfect on a big booty mama. If that's the look you're going for.

Spotterboy29's picture

Are you insecure? I assume so. Obviously it’s not the look I’m going for, as I mentioned in my original post I’m trying to lose it. Maybe you can’t read that well? Maybe you feel better about yourself when you shit on people? Sounds like a troglodyte…

Wtf are you talking about? Nobody is shitting on anyone. 25% is overweight for a male. Plain and simple. Good job losing what you have and good luck doing whatever you decide.

I know I keep coming back to this between sets and scratching my head. I swear some of the fuckers are ex gfs of members just trying to ruin our fun hahaha.

Normal healthy male bf% is 18-24%. One point off. Whatever.

Milfpounder's picture

Here's 25% bf. Dude is lazy AF. Only gets up to eat and shit.

Sound familiar?

Here. Google says:

No, 25% body fat is not considered good for a man; it is classified as poor or overweight and indicates an increased risk of health issues. A healthy body fat percentage for an average man is between 18% and 24%, with 25% and above suggesting a need to focus on diet and exercise to lower it.
What 25% body fat means
Overweight: A body fat percentage of 25% or higher is considered overweight for men and is associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and other chronic conditions.
Average range: The "average" or "typical" range for a non-athletic man is 18% to 24% body fat.
Risk factors: High body fat can increase inflammation and lead to health problems, and it's important to address it through sustainable lifestyle changes.
What to do about it
Focus on sustainable changes: Aim for gradual, sustainable changes in your diet and exercise rather than quick fixes.
Prioritize diet and exercise: A combination of a healthy diet (more plant-based foods, lean meats) and regular physical activity (150 minutes of moderate exercise per week, including muscle strengthening) can help lower body fat.
Consult a professional: A doctor or healthcare professional can provide personalized guidance on reaching a healthier body fat percentage and improving your overall well-being.

You proved my point, ass hat. 18-24% is normal. You wouldn’t be any less disrespectful if I came back in 10 days at 24% which is when I’ll be 24%, you'd still be an asshole. I can only assume you’re either still in high school, or just never grew up mentally out of high school. Congratulations.

Milfpounder's picture

The second part is probably true. But I'm definitely not being an asshole. You're just very sensitive.

I wish you the best man. I hope you get absolutely fucking shredded and get your dream body. For real man. Was never trying to offend you. Good luck to you.

Update- I’m down 107 total lbs now. 14-15%. I ran one 400mg test cycle. Going to do 400test/300mast going down to 9-10%. So 107lbs lost, 10months, and kept 206lbs of lean mass at 5’9”. I have a coach now managing things the rest of the way. So in just over a year, I’ll have gone from 40% to 10%.
