Cycle review & advice/help please
ad
Hey friends,
This is my first cycle ever and I've spent a lot of time researching and figuring out how to do this the proper way. Here's what I've concluded with:
Cycle plan:
Week 1 to 12 (Thursday of week 12)
Testosterone Enanthate 250mg
500mg per week (250mg Monday, 250mg Thursday)
15 DAYS (2 WEEKS PAUSE)
Friday of week 14 to 15 (PCT)
40mg Nolvadex every day
50mg Clomed every day
Week 15 to 16
20mg Nolvadex every day
50mg Clomed every day
During cycle: Arimidex 0.25mg every day ONLY IF SIDES OCCUR and UNTIL they disappear!
Note: Do not take Adex with Nolvadex/Clomed
What do you think of this? Have I missed anything? I really don't want to mess anything up so I'd greatly appreciate any help here.
Thanks a lot in advance,

There's no way you've reached your natural potential yet, you may think you have but thats self doubt fuking with you.
The amount of youngsters i see just going through the motions at the gym is ridiculous, this goes for all ages actually tbh. So even if your diet is dialed it's still not going to make much difference.
Just stay off gear for the time being, at your age life can change quickly. But if you stay training when the time comes youll get way more benefits and hold on to more of your gains when pct rears it's ugly head.
Fella you're 21 and weigh 73kgs. Nobody here is going to advise you on steroid use. You're too young and haven't built a natural base foundation.
Updated with correct info. Any advice?
Being 4kgs heavier doesn't make any difference.
I've trained naturally for a bit over 2 years and I've considered for a long time to see how my body would react to a test e only cycle. I don't see what's wrong with that. I'm here to get help and advice on how to do this properly and as safely as possible, please..
2 years of natural training is not enough to warrant a cycle at any age IMO. You do not need Test Sir. Please reconsider as there is much gains you can achieve without it still. Premature usage, and usage of AAS in general has dangers and the dangers are real.
Training and diet advice we'll help you with. Eroids has a policy of not giving steroid advice to under 25s.
You seem like a decent lad, so I'll explain. Your endocrine system isn't fully nature until 24-25years old, meaning that you'd be messing with hormones whilst your still changing. That can have nasty long term effects on you. You're also at a stage after just two years of training where even if you did run steroids, you've not built enough of a base to hold onto it.
You're young, your natural testosterone level us sky high at your age anyway. I trained for 12 years and was over 100kgs before I touched gear. You need to learn to train properly and learn about nutrition for bodybuilding before you even consider the option.
"Dad lecture" complete ;) like I said, if you want help to develop naturally I'll help you. Nobody here will give you steroid advice though.
