+ 1 Cycle Prepping!

ad

Supp my homies, so i was wondering how many of you guys prep for a cycle and for how long do you prep, especially for first timers that end up with shitty results and blame it on there gear.lol..ive bin seeing alot of cycle being posted n not one of them says theyve bin prepping for there upcoming cycle.. im a firm believer that you should always prep AT LEAST 30-60 days before starting a cycle i mean why wouldnt you wanna see the BEST results at the End of your cycle???... You should always stay on a good diet for about 60 days or even 30 like i said and train at least 4xs a week then start your cycle and just KILL IT with an even stricter diet and train about 5-6 times a week n so on..it also teaches you on how to stay on a more consistant diet, youll notice all the drastic strength increases from when your off cycle preppin to on cycle and will get you pumped n excited to kill it more n more everyday! ;)
PREP FOR YOUR CYCLE GUYS YOU'LL SEE GREATER RESULTS!!! : )

The only thing that should change on a cycle is you should try and push yourself a bit more than normal as you will heal faster diet should be the same more kcals if bulking less if cutting. its a lifestyle mate not hoping on and off thats how you lose your gains bad diet and training

True, but i watch salt and everything else much closer when on cycle. and also have dialed my workouts back quite a bit to give my tendons some relief until i blast off. So i guess for me its getting in the mentality, but i agree this is a life style!!

Ultimately....lifting and growing should be a year round lifestyle. They guys blaming cycle usually weren't hitting the gym and food hard as they should. The difference is this: you go and lift for years pushing your bodyy to the very Max. All natty and growing each year. Your natty body gets so used to the constant tearing and rebuilding. Hormonally your body becomes efficient of using every micro to struggle to maintain and grow. Like a long distance runner. So your cells are working on Max efficiency. Then you dump 500Mg of bonus hormones. Now think....which person grows faster? The hardcore trained athelete? Or the semi crossfit guy?

Man im going to be starting my second cycle in Feb and i can tell you i am planning this one out very detailed!! I got some pretty good gains on my first cycle, but the best thing was that i learned the hard way that diet will dictate how it turns out. I started monday really cleaning up the diet again and will continue til its go time lol then beast mode for this cycle!! Good post!

Hey brother I'm a firm believer in having a precycle regiment. I'm about 3/4 through a 90 day pre cycle. Month 1 for me is strictly diet issues. I start phasing out slowly certain snacks and meals that will do me no justice. I also begin counting and measuring meals and supps. That leaves months 2&3 which is all gym and scheduling routines. It gets the cob webs off my joints lol. All it is a increase in intensity and 1 more gym session a week.

Then I cycle....
