Hi guys..
Ive done a few searches on here and couldn't come up with anything,
Basically i think it's a good idea to have some type of spreadsheet where it has weeks, days, doses, steroid type columns. So when it comes to that day you can do whatever you've input/written down and then cross it off once you've done it.
Can someone link me to a downloadable spreadsheet or log that is like this..? Or make me one lol

This particular thread I guess you could call indirect advice. By this I mean steroid Calculator. I know it's a little bit petty I'm just trying to make people aware that all. Simply because it's happened on a couple other threads like this one

UFOha dude just use a daily pocket planner. You can log everything for that year in there. Its what I used to use

Excellent point, who knows it probably a 18 YO kid, that likes to get online and play games with people.
