Cycle help

ad

39 years old ,started cycle at 203 and currently 211 same BF. Test E 750mg/ Deca 375mg /50 mg proviron.using low dose pramipexole(i started cycle with npp to kick)....I am beginning week 7 ,i have put on 7-8 pounds muscle, very little if any fat.I am running this for 12-14 weeks. My diet is 5-6k calories daily...I am sick of eating and i am supplementing in mass gainer.i cant put anymore food down.I work hard in the gym 6 days a week. This is probably it for me for a mass gaining cycle.I want to make i count, since i have invested the time and energy.I have run a deca/test cycle twicw before. This is slightly higher levels then in the past. I am considering increasing the dose to milk it for all I can.I have all my side effects 100% in check. My question to you guys is,can I make a marginal increase and get more out of it? Say another 1/2 ml of each or an extra ml deca or extra ml test.Where would be the best place to make an increase to yield me better results without it being sinificant enough to cause sides.I am willing to make a little risk.....thoughts on getting more out of this since my sides are in check.Running it longer isnt a great option but 1 I can consider.Am i being to impatient? Yeah probably, but in any cases, wher would I be best served increasing,or even possibly adding?...Lets take for granted that your advice will be to be patient. If we put that aside what would be your advice?I really wanted to get close to 220.perfect scenario wpuld be only running the Deca 4 more weeks.I want enough time to shred down at the end.......Concerns are liver toxicity only.

Drop down your training to 3 or 4 days per week.

Agreed. And, maybe include more compound lifting with less reps and heavier weight, like pyramid lifts?

Okay, sounds like reverse pyramid. The longer the rest the better for mass between sets and workouts. You got it. You can switch straight sets up, along with rev pyramid and pyramid, too. I started three days per week of a 12 interval compound/isolation lifting regimen with cardio three days per week and it changed my whole physique. I gained some mass on DY's "Blood and Guts" initially. Now, i mix that up with what i mentioned above.

Also, i went thru a brief period where i dropped the weight and focused on form, time under tension, and mind muscle connection. And, i seemed to grow bigger all over, especially my legs, which got bigger and heavier. It kinda surprised me. It is definitely a journey.

When I was younger and packing on mass, I only trained Monday Wednesday Friday. I hit it hard, and I mean real hard, but if you're trying to pile on mass and can't get more food down you how else are you going to do it? Nowadays I can eat 7500cals every day as I'm a greedy so and so, but at 25 4000cals and I would be on the edge of throwing up. Try it, see if it works. If not, I'll take a look at your diet with you.

dirty up your food a bit...by you saying you want enough time to shred down at the end i would be willing to bet you are worried about putting any fat on with it. also shorter duration workouts and possible 4 days on 1 off instead of 6/1. during you workouts take in simple carbs/bcaas or protein to make sure you are burning thru anything

anytime....well you can def recover faster but its all about making sure you get in and out and eat and recover. i def cant do food in the gym but my gym drink is 60g carbs(i use powder powerade bc its cheap) and 20g of bcaas...not only will the pump be nasty but you wont even break into your glycogen stores for energy. your workout should be an hour to an hour and 15 max if you are a hard gainer
