Cutting cycle advice - tips / personal experience

Planning a cutting cycle down the road with either test e or sust and BLANK. Many options trying to keep it simple while adding to test to gain extra cut , dry lean muscle. Bulking now.
I like to keep doses low as I can to be on safe side and I’m looking for advice on what to add to test that would make a good ,simple ,least likely to have serious sides supplement. I know nothing is “safe” but some safer than others could say. Winn, provi, primo, var ?
Not running it at the moment but plan to shortly down the road to add definition and cut up, show more than just big mass muscles.
My size, Gains are coming along good just test e 375 a week. Might run it back again depending on gains at end. My diet is good I’ve stepped that and workouts up knowing that’s biggest part of results I’ll get. Again just looking for ideas for cycle to go with test/sust after I’m done bulking. Thanks. Let me have it lmao.

2nd . Test e only now. Planning to run another before cutting one but I know less about good cutting cycle so anyone with experience would help me out with what compound run test or sust with to cut.

cutting is not about what compounds you run. Cutting, and bulking for that matter, is determined by diet. So first thing we start off with is what do you have planned for your diet? Calories, macros, etc.

Right now I’m eating a ton. As much protein as I can with carbs some fat and lots of fiber. I know healthy foods and how to make balanced meals but calorie counting isn’t my strong suit havnt done before more than compare back of package stats (sugars , sodium etc)
Cutting cycle diet would be even more crucial id guess? As much protein as possible but less carbs/fat. I make large amounts chicken amaranth or ancient grains mixed rice sometimes for complete amino profile. Black or red beans so I have plenty of meals when I need it. Steak, fish whenever I can and greens. Snack on protein bars shakes , mixed nuts. I try to eat healthy but if I had app or planner help would be great but I do okay. You look great so clearly you have it down to a science I do not doubt. Pointers on diet would be helpful to but I was just putting this out there for opinions what generally considered cutting compounds worked well foru.

Yes I understand its mostly diet and then workouts but diet first. But That said certain cycles are made with intention to cut/bulk with what is in said cycle. Also I know some cycles can do both diet dependent. I’m a chicken rice and beans meal prep guy.
There are compounds better suited for bulking while I’m others may burn fat and have less water weight and bloating. I’m not trying do a deep dive on me, just advice any personal experience for YOU what worked well for you in cut cycle for substances. for the cut look or pre completion whatever the case. Like I said I shoot lower doses when possible and I’ve researched but made post for more information. The more I have before I jump into anything the better. I eat around 3000 cal shoot for 200g protein and carbs. I’ve just run test e because I do take input and try to do most with least possible if I can. I do appreciate the input but I’m asking In more generalized terms safest/least sides cutting to add to test/sust in anyone’s personal experience or opinion for future . I know nothings safe but tren vs test is a big difference of dangers.

This type of question is usually thrown out there by someone with little knowledge about compounds and cycling who is fishing for a cycle to run and as soon as someone spoon feeds it to them they just go and run it. I have ran cutting cycles using just test e only to ones that would bury you 6 feet in the ground but the guts of them all and why they are successful is because of how I structure my diet. You haven't said anything about how you plan to structure your cutting diet which is the foundation of the cut, so I am still waiting to hear that because compounds are meaningless at this point in your development. Your primary focus should be bulking probably for several cycles so you actually have an impressive foundation to cut to. You are putting the cart in front of the horse.

Fair enough. I’m newish to this. I’ve cycled am cycling and research every day when I have free time. I’ve got a basic grasp but I’m here because I am not on the level of most of you guys. I agree about the cart before the horse seeing as I have a bulking cycle going on and atleast another to go before worrying about cutting.

Lmao no I sure as fk don’t or wouldn’t be asking here.
I’m still bulking with another bulk cycle after this. I’m asking when I get to/ or want to cut cycle down road what would be experienced guys ideal cycle? What’s worked good for you and has less sides or arom? It’s a general question in your experience or knowledge what is fairly good to add to test for cutting cycle. That’s all. My weight and muscle mass both have gone up , great results so far and this cycle just kicking in. Loving it. And I’ve taken advice good and bad, I’m running test e only at 360 and it’s doing it’s job just fine. Just hear to learn from people who have much more experience and knowledge than me what a good simple cutting cycle might look like. That’s all.
And try prune juice that shit can’t be healthy bro.
