High E2 Causing Anxiety????
This has never really happened before but I am not just cruising on 200 test a week. Usually I do the normal .5 adex twice a week and its fine at this dose. I have tried this week to see what would happen if I went without AI. Estrogen is slightly elevated but doesnt feel terrible. however. I am having trouble sleeping. Ill wake up in the middle of the night with a strange feeling of anxiety. Has this happened to anyone else? This is new for me. I will continue the adex but I was just curious. Also, not my first cycle. Ive ran high dose cycles before with success. 600 test 600 deca. 450 test p 450 npp. growth. 600 test 600 eq 400 mast and growht just to name a few. all those were fairly successful but now im just crusing for a while and giving my body a break.

I got blood test monday at a Mens Wellness clinic thats specializes in TRT. So I cant wait.
TricepatopsSort of confused as to what you are saying. You usually run adex with 200mgs of test twice a week at. 5mgs? This week you decided not to and you have anxiety? When was you last dose of Adex? I know really low E2 can cause really bad anxiety but high E2.
High levels of E2 can disrupt body's production of melatonin which can make it hard to sleep. Consistent fatigue another issue with high estro in men. And it does cause anxiety. And many other things.
Be more specific with you dosing the last month or so because with what you are explaining above I don't know what you really mean or the dosing you are on etc.
That actually makes more sense now. Because i sleep like crap. Its now low E2 its high. I know what low and high E2 levels feel like and its a little high. what im saying is I ran out. hopefully the clinic i went to will prescribe me some with TRT.
Taking dose of 200mg test week along with Adex @1mg/week? That's a lot of Adex for just 200mg of test. When was the last time you had blood work done? Sounds more like you are crashing your E2, but only blood work will definitively state that. Hope you get it sorted out.
Went to a Mens wellness clinic on friday. Waiting to get back in and talk to the dr about the results and see what he wants to do. Ive been blasting and cruising for 5 years now. All together ive been on gear for 10 years so i honestly dont mind being on trt. Im 35 years old. this has never really happened. I just got out of balance somewhere with in the last couple of months and need a dr recommendation.

Yea its a little high for a cruise i know. I just call it that because ill blast at 600 sometimes. this has never happened to me before. so i went to a mens clinic friday. and it has VERY high reviews so im waiting to get back in with the doctor to talk about the results.
