Blood Test Results... Any Suggestions?

So I thought I was ready for my next cycle but I got my blood test back and I have a few concerns that I need to take care of before starting a new cycle. Test Serum: 886 LH: 9.8 Estradiol: 42.3. Any suggestions on how I can get these back in control in within range before I begin my next cycle? Thanks in advance!!

Would I be ok to start a 3rd cycle or is there something I should run to get these all within range?
e2 is only marginally high. test serum is what i'd expect with lh lvls where they are. what was the time lapse between the pct and this test? and where's the FSH? you're not running hcg for this test are you?
FSH:8.4. Last day of PCT after last cycle was October 25, 2012. 21 weeks. No hcg. Havent ran that since I was in my last cycle.

Bro, these are good numbers. E2 is borderline, but within range. Gonadatropins are looking good, as well as serum test. No ancillaries, hcg, peptides, or hgh to cause these results. Safe to say this is your baseline, and is a good recovery.
