Blood Pressure Spike
Hi guys. I'm just starting my first cycle. I've decided to throw in 25mg of D-bol split up each day to kick start it. I've been monitoring my blood pressure closely. My natural BP runs roughly 130/70 on average. About 1 to 1.5 hours after I eat the D-bol, by BP jumps up to about 145/80 or just a bit more, then slowly works it's way back down. It's also giving me mild headaches, for which I've been taking ibuprofen. Is that high of a BP something I should be concerned about, or do you think it's too high and I need to just drop the D-bol? I understand that technically, that's a mild hypertension, but it's not constant. As a matter of fact, this morning my BP was very low at like 128/56 when I first woke up, and now an hour after reading 147/83 (which was taken an hour after D-bol), I'm at 145/70. It seems like my BP is kind of erratic or my machine isn't very accurate.

So my blood pressure has been doing really well. This evening it averaged out at around 128/68. But, my resting heart rate is freaking me out a bit. It's been in the 90s almost every time I monitor my BP. How the heck can I have a high RHR but normal blood pressure?
OE2000You are not alone you crispy cracker...lol My BP can go from 110/70 to 142/110 in a 24 hour period, regardless if Im on or not here lately. Lots of factors to consider, sodium intake, stress, lack of sleep, Dbol. I have 2 BP monitors and each give me a totally different reading at times, so I'm thinking of ditching the electronic ones and going with the ole fashioned, bulb, cuff and stethoscope! Also, the GURU told me about beetroot juice, may be something to add to your supplementation while on cycle.... good luck crispy!!!!
My Omron electric BP monitor gives me a lot of different readings as well. I started doing some research and supposedly, you're supposed to get minimum of three readings over a ten minute period and average them. What always happens is that my first reading is high, and by the third reading, I'm back to a normal healthy BP. It's weird and tough to have faith in. I'm trying to keep the sodium intake down (that's by far the hardest), I've bumped up the cardio, I take in liquid fish oil, baby asprin, dark chocolate, lol...all things that are supposed to help with BP. I'll definitely give the beetroot jice a try though! Thanks bro!
Dbol is a hell of a drug.

Welcome to the world of Dbol, I told ya:-)
Yep, you did!
I've been watching it closely, and doing everything I can think of to keep it down, e.g. eating dark chocolate, fish oil, cardio, eating clean, etc. It's not spiking madly out of control, but I certainly didn't think I would actually feel the effects of the BP spike.
Thanks for the link! I'll definitely be paging through that. You've been a great source thus for bro, and I appreciate that!
145/80 is not mild hyper tesnshion it is border line and thats what dbol does when i am on cycle my blood pressure is about the same but goes back down to normal when off , drink lots of water cardio and lower your sodium
Wouldn't the headaches suggest otherwise though; referring to "not mild hypertension"?
headaches could just be a side of the dbol and not from high blood pressure.
your blood pressure is still a little high but if you look at the charts its still not considerd hypertension yet was just trying to ease your mind
The systolic is a bit high, but you're right it's not terribly high. I've just never had my BP this high for more than a few minutes before. It's certainly a new expereince for me. Thanks for the assurance man

I get headaches with dbol everytime I run it. Lately I get headaches with any oral I run.
