Best BF% for first bulking cycle
ad
Hey guys,
I intend on running my very first cycle in about a month.
Test-e 500-600/week for 10-12 weeks
Proper PCT
I am currently at around 15-16% BF (def no more than 16) and my goals are to bulk and obviously become shredded afterwards. I'm aware the higher the BF the higher the side effects. I am unfortunately on a somewhat limited time schedule as I will be relocating in about 4-5 months.
Therefore, what is the best BF% to start a bulking cycle?
Also, would running a cycle at 14-15% BF really be that bad compared to lets say 10%? These questions assume a very clean diet.
Thanks for your time

tread-mHow old are you?
Age: 25
Height: 6'0
Weight: 203lbs
I was involved in an injury recently which is the reason for my currently higher BF. I can, and have in the past, eaten very clean so I'm not so much worried about sticking to the diet.
tread-mThe biggest concern with bf for a first time user is gyno. So if you keep the diet clean and run a 12 week test only at 500mg split you will likely be fine just have adex and letro on hand along with your pct . Bf can store and help cause excess estrogen so I'm not even opposed to running a low dose adex eod for the first 3 weeks while test builds to release along with some good hard kitchen work to dial in bf in that times as well. This gets estrogen in check early on before you ramp up test levels and the cycle is even better IMO. You eat your way to success so if bulk is your goal you run a 6 meal plan high in lean meat intake and stack on the muscle doing it all right. Work your ass off in the kitchen and gym as your first cycle has the potential to be the best you ever run and good quality gains will be easier now than they will be in your future so do it right and win on this thing. A blood panel that includes free test levels and estrogen levels in advance of the cycle is a good idea to determine adex use for the estrogen and find your baselines in test. It helos map out your success.
