Beginner needs advice

ad

Hi
I am 21 years old, weigh about 67 kg, 1,76m and I have around 17% body fat.

I was considering a primo with anavar stack, my main goal is to drop body fat and build muscle if possible.
I have been lifting for the last 4 years and want to get serious about it.

I would like advice regarding if this stack would work, should I rather consider something else, and what type of training and diet will work for this goal?

Every time I try to read up on this topic everyone has such different opinions so even just a link would be appreciated.

Thanks Smile

I guess they made it clear for you . But I knew how you think . You decided already but rethink again they have reasons why not give advices for young boys under 25 . And small advice if you decided to go this way and not listen to good people advices you here . Don't bring another kids to this shit . Your natural test already high use it with a diet and hard training with rest enough . They have reasons to keep under 25 away from AAS . Rethink

Also, find out ur body type (ectomorph, mesomorph, endomorph or a mix) and factor in ur metabolism....it could change how, what and when to eat...bloodtype diets are good to compare with bulking and cutting diets....especially if u arent seeing results...

You need to read the rules and research more....

I am new to this and could I just bother you for a link to a cite where i can actually find useful information, steroid.com is somewhat critic to which steroid to prefer over another.

MedDx's picture

Greg posted some links...go that route and check it out...

Catalyst's picture

No he can't.

sastudent's picture

No offence but if you know so much why can't you give advice like everyone rather than criticise? How were you when you were my age? I WANT TO LEARN

Catalyst's picture

So don't ask people for links to get advice on steroid cycles after being told we don't advise under 25's.

"rather than criticise"

Where did I criticise you? I haven't have I?

I've already told you below how to grow. If you can absorb the information and take it on board, the advice is straight forward. Eat.

"No offence"

None taken. I'm a grown up, I can take it.

Stats
Age: 21
Height: 1.77
Weight: 66,5
BF: around 17%

Post diet bro...post workout regimen, please. Thanks!

sastudent's picture

Diet is oats and eggs in the morning with either chicken and brocolli/sweet potato at 10,1 and 6 followed by a shake after my workout.
I am currently in week 3 with Jim Stoppani's shortcut to shred and I use muscle pharm assault as a pre.

judging by your stats youre a skinny 21 year old kid... Exactly what i used to be when I was wanting to use AAS at a young age.. I did a few oral only cycles and gained a noticeable amount of weight.. never experienced any harsh sides, and remained healthy as far as blood and liver were concerned.. The cliches were all true though, as soon as i got off I basically lost all the Weight i had gained.. I used to think i was eating enough because i was basically force feeding my self throughout the day.. I eventually accepted the facts and decided it was time to do what I knew all along I had to do but didn't want to admit it... I had to do it the Hard way!! AAS are relatively cheap compared to Food, so $$ is the only downside i can see to eating like a freak... I had to up my calories to 6000 daily in just food, then i was drinking weight gain shakes and protein shakes on top of that... I was eating everything i could, I wasn't trying to follow someones diet plan, eating rice and greens and weighted amounts of chicken breast.. I googled high calorie / carb foods and ate them! It was about finding the cheapest calories and protein sources and eating as much as i could... I didn't watch macros, being a skinny hardgainer I just kept eating, eventually i noticed growth, more than i had from the oral cycles and this time i kept the weight and kept looking bigger and fuller..this gave me a better foundation to work with once I was ready to really use AAS correctly (i was 28 when i first pinned).. Utilize all the information you can find on the internet and take all the negatives you read seriously, messing with your natural testosterone production at a young age (under 30) has some very very serious consequences!!!! Play it safe and don't rush life !!!!

Catalyst's picture

But they're probably small girly portions. Your weight tells me that.

MedDx's picture

Thats all well and good...but if the food calories arent enough and the macros isnt suited for ur goals in comparison to ur weight lifting regimen and TDEE, then ur goals will be unmanageable...

Welcome to Eroids....glad ur here...u will actually learn something here that u.can take with u where ever u go bro.... Smile

sastudent's picture

MedDx's picture

No. You're too young. Read the rules.

That will be all. If you want diet and exercise advice, we can provide. Any AAS talk or more requests and you will be shown the door.

sastudent's picture

Okay steroids is only an option because I haven't been getting the results I want, what diet and program could I consider given my current stats? I have been reading a lot on bodybuilding.com but most articles say mostly the same and not really much other than markteting their products..

The Impastable's picture

Lmao, this is what I was talking about in my post below. You've just made it that much easier!

The Impastable's picture

Steroids aren't an option... If you're not getting results it is because you're not eating properly. What are your goals?

As for experience, I started much younger than you, yo-yo'd all the time, wasted money and potential (not to mention health) messing with PH's and AAS, and didn't see quality growth until I went all the way back to basics and learned to feed my muscles. Bodybuilding.com is useless, we will help you reach your goals, but it will take time and dedication on your end.

sastudent's picture

My ultimate goal is to drop some fat and build up to about 70 kg. I don't know how to really get started, drop fat first and then build up muscle or the other way around? I have been playing with my diet and trying different programs with not much success. The supplements and proteins are eating away at my wallet and this is why I was starting to wonder about gear.
Of late I was struglling to stay motivated with results as it is now..

Makwa's picture

Your BF is somewhat high. Drop that down and then it will be easier to build the muscle. Food is going to be the most expensive part of your endeavor and the most important. It is pretty easy to spend $200/wk just for food.

The Impastable's picture

Oh boy, if supplements are eating at your wallet, how are you going to afford gear, or even better, food? The amount of money spent on gear is a tiny fraction of what most of us spend on food. You need to get your head on straight.

Best way to achieve what you want is to build muscle, then cut... But you're already at 17% BF, so in your case you may want to drop down sub 15%, then pack on some quality mass, then cut again. This will be a long process, not something you can get done in a month or two. If you want to drop down sub 15%, you can look up Makwa's post on doing just that in the diet and exercise section.

When you start packing on mass, you will pack on fat. That's just a fact of life, but you're going to need to stop "supplementing" most of your diet and start pounding down carbs and carbs and carbs.

sastudent's picture

I just meant it feels like a waste of good money for all the supplements and not getting the results I want. Okay I will read through all the diet links I have received. Just some last advice as to how to train, and how many times to train. This is my final year of University so I have a lot of free time and can fit in at least 2 times a day of gym, but at Thursday I an usually worn out if I do cardio everyday.( I jog every morning for the past 8 week about 5 km and then I box).

IrishMack's picture

Because it is a waste of money, A supplement is a supplement not a staple. Take some advice from some of tje vets here and ask them how much powdered protein or carbs they consume daily, you woukd be surprised to see its about 5% I take a powdered protein 25 grams in the morning or post workout and then 1 more at niight before bed. Powdered carbs I take in about zero a day. Its whole foods you need to worry about because foods offer sustained release and powders are more for recovery. Start spending more money on chicken, fish, and vegetables and save the supplements for the followers, its time for you to lead yourself in the kitchen. You need to eat at least 750-1000 clean calories per sitting 4-6 times a day and supplements will not do that for you.
