Thanks I appreciate all the advice and I know I'm still young but I mean i try to eat eveythinh in sight but I just don't gain weight and I've been stuck at 150 for around 3 months and I've tried altering my workouts and eating different with no changes. But I guess I'm gonna just keep at it i was just seein some opinions and if maybe anyone was in the same situation and used them just to blast through a platue with more positives than negatives from doin it
Track your nutrition, go to dailyburn.com and make track everything you eat, you might be surprised that your not taking in enough carbs and protein and a total amount calories. It starts in the kitchen man
You're still growing, both mentally & physically. You have to put in the hard work needed, to become the man you want to be. For me, honestly. It was 26... I wish I would have waited. Please Read this link. Omit, sprinting for hiking... This should help out, while you continue putting in the work, & get your diet on dial...
If thats all your trying to gain bro then you can do that naturaly, it wont be easy but in the end you'll appreciate what you accomplished way more than with the help of aas, TRUST ME... Train heavy and eat clean for the next 2-3 years (if your that dedicated) and youll see what u can achieve.;)... (consistency IS THE KEY)
No cycles for you! your natural test levels dont slow down till about 25-27 if..... Your lime me and hard headed just run test e or c 500mg a week thats it
eat, train, sleep. You have plenty of natural testosterone now. Also if you just started looking into this stuff then its not the time, you have to research! You know nothing about aas and your young. Figure out how many calories you burn in a day, add 500 calories to that number and stay consistent eating every 2-3 hours. Track your food and eat clean. Log your workouts and work in the 8-12 range. COMPOUND movements, dont focus your whole workout on isolation exercise, incorporate all your muscles under a lot of stress with things like deadlifts, chins, squats, shoulder presses, bench presses. IF you take in macro calories, IF you train hard and heavy, you WIll see results trust me bro, I gained 40 pounds in two years, no aas ever. Just remember it takes time, stay focused and on track and have some dedication if your serious. A pound of muscle is a lot, and if your gaining one to two pounds a week your doing perfect, it takes time. Dont focus on the destination just enjoy the journey!
I disagree about the 8-12 range. I did 8-12 for a long ass time and switched to 5x5 and 5x3s and it made a huge difference. Blasted through almost all my plateaus when I switched.
Although that's just me. Gotta find what works for you.
Yes, 5x5 and 5x3 are great I agree, but I think he should start out with 8-12 reps and get work on that then move done and increase the weight if needed
your main goal should be to get to that weight natty. your also kinda young. so am i though so i cant lecture you. if you do decide to pull the trigger. test e 500 mcg split into 2 for 12 weeks. hcg 250 iu twice weekly from 3 week up until day before pct. pct clomid 100 100 50 50. nolva 40 40 20 20.
