I have been off steroids for 19 months exactly and now feel like i wanna add some compounds so I think of doing this : Test Prop - equipoise - Clen - Arimidex.
week 1 - 16 : Test Prop 100 EOD
week1 - 14 : Equipoise 500 mg a week
Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off during the entire cycle
Arimidex 1- 20 : 0.5 everyday
PCT:
Clomid : 150-100-50-50-50
Nolvadex : 80 -80-40-40-40
arimidex: 0.5
I am 30 years old and i have been a sport guy since i was a kid, i train like a monster in the gym and give it all i have thoughts and energy, i don t lift to get women i lift coz i love it and because it helps me concentrate and focus on my goals
the reason why chose Test prop is because i heard a loooot that it holds less water than other tests.
the picture of my chest in the profile was waaaay long before trying Test , i only tried Test and proviron and didn t do even a PCT which is stupid but i am doing fine and healthy as a horse
after i Met phill heath at the Expo i was so motivated and made a promise to my self that i will make it to the stage but i like mens Physique so i am not a big fan of harsh substances

Oh man trust me i haaate needles and the pain i get from them,they say Test is test.However, i have never tried Test Prop so i wanna give it a try since i guess i held a bit of water with other type of test i did before. but if i get results good ones in my body and hold less water then test prop will be my favorite

Ok, let’s just clarify this, Testosterone is Testosterone, once it’s in your body it’s the same male hormone and does not matter which ester it is.
Ester attached is there for convenience, you want it in and out you go for prop, you planning longer cycle then you go for longer ester so you do not have to pin every day. Ester will not have an effect on whether you hold more water or less, the food you’re eating will however.

why prop ? because i have tried test syp and enanthate they made me a bit hold a liiiiitle bit of water and i want a dry look and you know equipoise you can t use it less than 14 weeks
