Yo, Im 27, 5"6, 187 pounds and at 8 percent bodyfat. Im running a 16 week cycle prior to my contest. Im running andropen 275 at 800mg a week and will be switching to prop at 6 weeks out. Trenbolone aceteate will be ran 300mg for ten weeks. I plan on running anavar for six weeks, but am curious to see what dosage is best for a first time anavar user? I was thinking 60mg/day for 6 weeks.

60mg is good... (IMO)any less than 50 is somewhat of a waste (unless you're female, of course)
My concern would be running the tren for 10 wks... what is your cycle history?
(IMO,IME) 8wks tren a is more than sufficient
This will be my seventh cycle. Ive used test(all esters), tren ace and e, equpoise, dbol, and winstrol. All my cycles have been between 8 and 16 weeks long with the same PCT and HCG protocol every time. I run 250iu's of hcg the last 8 weeks of every cycle.
Also will be running arimidex at .5mg eod and have caber on hand.

tread-mFor competition purposes I might lean you towards aromasin at 12.5 eod over adex...used it?
Never tried it bro. Is it a bit stronger? Imma have to do some research.
tread-mIt has been show to bring down estrogen and shbg more efficiently and causing test levels to increase which may be that the latter caused the former in part. It seems to compliment the cycle better as opposed to just lower estrogen (exemestame) is what you look for and generic is much cheaper than brand.
