ANAVAR CYCLE ADVICE

ad

I'm 32, 5'8, 165lbs @approx 10% bf. I have been lifting for over 3 years consistently and would like to start my first cycle. My goal is not to gain a huge amount of muscle mass but rather a hardened, defined physique with strength and retainable LBM. I have decided to go with one of the following cycles but would appreciate some input on which one is most recommended.

Cycle #1
Anavar 40-50mg e/d weeks 1-8
Tribulus 5-8g e/d weeks 1-12
Avena sativa 2-4g e/d weeks 1-12
Clomid 50mg e/d weeks 9-11

Cycle #2
Anavar 40-50mg e/d weeks 1-8
Proviron 25mg e/d weeks 3-8
Clomid 50mg e/d weeks 9-11

Cycle #3
Anavar 40-50mg e/d weeks 1-8
Test prop 50mg e/o/d weeks 1-8
Clomid 50mg e/d weeks 9-11

Current stats:
Squat - 315lbs
Deadlifts - 405lbs
Bench - 275lbs

Not to shit on your parade, but the 3 of them suck bad. Many Many reasons. I've been running cycles since i was 20, im ~ 37 now. Made many mistakes, done a ton of research. yes yes whatever !
Ok, 1st reason these cycles suck is you have a very mild oral with no test Base. Even when you decided to add T base in cycle #3, it comes in @ a measly 50mg EOD which doesnt even add up to a CC of test per week. Are you cruising, cycling or doing TRT?? confusing!
Next, NEVER , and i mean NEVER run an oral at a high dosage for any period of time longer than 5 weeks. I dont care what it is dbol, turinabol, winny, a-bombs, var.... 5 weeks TOPS thats if you wana keep your liver a few years down the line.

dont want to sound harsh brother, but you're missing alot of research about cycling rules and safety protocols and guidelines.

Thanks for the input man. The test in cycle #3 was basically just to keep my willy working properly and to see how my body reacts to it being that it would be my first time. And 50mg EOD would still be over 3 times as much as I'm producing naturally so I would expect some muscle gain.

Thanks again man. Good advice! I guess I'll take it back to the drawing boards.

Send me any questions you might have. I will be glad to help your out brother!

You're guna get some muscle gains for sure, but the cycle design is somewhat off.
Like i said, watch out for orals, use liver support before, on cycle, and after. and 4-5 weeks max on orals brother. You wana be safe & healthy and not burn yourself out.

I am training 7 days a week for approx. 1hr15mins per session and have been for a while now. The split is legs/chest/back/arms/deadlift+abs/shoulders repeat. My diet is around 3000 cals and I hit my bw in grams of protein each day. My goal is NOT to gain a HUGE amount of muscle so I don't see how I'm underweight for a cycle like this. If anythything I'd like to end up at no more than 170lbs with a lower bf%. I'd appreciate any advice on any better suggestions of achieving my goal.

Thanks Rusty. That might be exactly what I do. I just figured I'd try and get there by the time I'm 33 years old instead of 35.

Awesome. Just checked out some of his posts and he definitely has some really great advice that I'll try for a while first. It's just frustrating man because I've been lifting hard for years and have tried so many different things for my diet, but I'm still not getting where I want to be.
