+ 1 4th Cycle Research Assignment

I’m beginning research for my 4th cycle (previous cycles posted in my Intro.) and would appreciate some guided research assignments. Honestly, I’ve hit information overload and need to get a bit more focus. My goal for this cycle would be to finish and maintain a body weight of 210-215. Currently, I’m sitting at 195#. I am a pure ectomorph... I spent years consuming 10,000 plus calories a day to maintain 170! During my cycling career I ran clean, but it no matter now!
My TRT dose was recently reset (thank you @Rustyhooker calling BS) to 125.
What 3 compounds would you recommend I research for this cycle? I’m not asking what three I should run, but asking for your top three suggested ones.

I believe it!! The 10k calories... If you were a pro road bike racer they burn thru calories like a race horse. Lance Armstrong stated many times he ate 10k a day. I guess that's normal protocol for a road racer.

PcushionTest, eq, primo.... or test, DHB, primo. You will not be able to maintain a 20 pound gain on a 12 week cycle. You would need to cycle 24 weeks or more to keep a 20 pound off cycle gain, and even if you keep 20 pounds it’s not going to look like the same 20 pounds as time passes after your cycle.
AnonYou won't hit 20 lean pounds on your fourth cycle. Maaaaybe you could if you were young, underweight and had a very successful longer cycle with a well planned diet.
I'd be happy with 5-10 lean clean gains in a 12-14 week cycle..
I'm not sure what your diet is actually like, I'm assuming there's a bit of exaggerating?

My diet is very clean overall. Daily intake is 2100-2500 and comprised of 60% fat, 30% protein, and 10% carbs. I definitely will be changing my macro ratios up come cycle time to hit a 2-3 g/lb daily intake.
The reference to my 10,000+ days was stated as being past tense. I was a professional cyclist.
AnonInteresting, well besides looking into your diet choices, if we're purely recommending compound/cycles to research I'd recommend a stack obviously. Test/nor/dht josip recommended a classic stack, test/nandro/mast. You can look into which esters you prefer based on your pinning experience and number of sites you have available to pin also keep in mind deca takes a long time to start rolling. volume and frequency are important variables too, you don't want a 5 ml ED pin..your diet may need adjustment based on what compounds you chose in order to keep water/fat from accumulating. There's a never ending learning curve...
I hadn’t considered number of sites... Currently, I have four (glutes and quads).

Quads have several spots as well. Shoulders are relatively easy as well as chest, which isn't an ideal area for some.
Anytime you start a new area only use a small volume and don't be surprised if you get some pip!

Looking back at how we ate makes me physically ill! It wasn’t just shit, but frosted shit! We had half a damn tour bus dedicated to shit. Imagine a pancake house shit on a pizzeria!
I could eat 10k if shit in one sitting for sure. Some days it’s all I want to do. Pizza, cookies, doughnuts, cider, chocolate

No offense but maintaining at 10.000 kcals is the biggest bullshit I heard so far here, it's almost shocking
Right?! So is maintaining a HR at 70% max for up to 6 hours with sustained bursts up to 80-85%
If you need 10,000 calories a day to maintain 170lb's then I'd advise you go see a Doctor first as your body isn't processing food properly. That's the kind of food intake Eddie Hall needs to maintain about 380lb's.

Deca over EQ as u are pure ecto and need to gain weight so nandrolone is better for that purpose,u can start with 300 and increase later if needed
mast e at 400mg to keep sides from deca low works for me just great and also extra aggression in your workouts
u dont need orals,they can hinder your appetite...train your ass off and eat,simple
Thank you! I’ll spend some of my ‘rona time and check these out. I’d prefer to minimize orals anyway to lessen potential impacts on liver panels.
As far as the nandrolone, should I also look at NPP, or just stick with Deca?
josipgatesIf u are still new in this,just go with deca so u dont have to pin that ofen. And from my experience deca can give u more size, ofc if your diet and training is okay
