+ 1 3rd Cycle Help

ad

Hey all! I'd first like to thank all that have contributed to this site. I have been using this site for my past 2 cycles and have gained a lot of experience and useful information from many users. That being said, I thought it was time I made an account and ask for some input. I have kept both my last two cycles pretty simple; I believe Test E 250mg x2 a week, and used Dbol for the first 4 weeks at 40mg. Followed by the standard PCT of Clomid and Nolva, as well had an Aridex on hand. Was not prone to gyno, and had no sides (except for being horny all the time). Stats are: 5'7 180lbs 12%bf; training for about 6 years. I am currently 23 turning 24 in a few months.

I am currently cutting and trying to hit those single digit body fat numbers so I can really get all I can out of my next cycle, I plan on starting my next cycle at the beginning of the Fall. I am looking for some advice on my third cycle; thinking of playing around with Var/Sust/Winny. Although I am a bit hesitant about Winny due to hair loss, and joint health. I'd also like some input on Var, I have heard great things and wondering how much I should take. I have heard different things ranging from 50mg ed to 100mg ed. I was thinking somewhere around 80mg ed and taking it for 6 weeks at the beginning of the cycle. I am curious about users experiences on Var, and how much they take (being that it is so expensive, I would really not like to waste money). I have not decided between taking only Sust250 or TestE + TestP, I am interested in people's thoughts regarding taking only Sust250 or taking TestE with TestP to Kickstart. I plan on incorporating Var with either the Sust 250 or TestE + TestP. Thanks in advance and I apologize beforehand if I violated any posting rules as this is my first post.

My diet over the Fall will be much more dialed in than it was in my last two previous cycles. I agree with many of you that diet is much more important than the specific AAS cycle and how you train. I am currently training DC and loving the high frequency and low volume. Being that I am on the shorter side, I seem to not be able to pass the 200 mark while staying lean. I have been up 195 but decided to cut due to body fat levels in the high teens. I have taken everyone's input and it seems that the group consensus is the focus more on the diet aspect. I have some time before my next cycle, and will be putting in the hard work (HIIT + Diet) to get myself ready for my next cycle. Does anyone have any good articles concerning diet on AAS. Thanks again for all the help

Thanks, and will do. Great idea concerning jaycutler.com, I would have never thought of that. I guess intelligence truly grows with age.

Maybe just me or because i am british i still cannot get my head around why anybody who starts weight training wants to start cutting when weighing anything below 200lbs,i was schooled in the belief that hard training was to build quality mass upto the point were considering dieting back was just to show a little bit more seperation between muscle groups, seems these days everybody hits 180lb or somewhere near then wants to use every pre/comp cutting compound known to mankind.
To me this is just f-ing lunacy i shit you not your time should be spent blasting the gym for growth for at least 10yrs to build hard lean mature grainy mass, then and only then should steroids be used for cutting and i am talking real cutting!there is a massive difference between being lean for the beach and stripped to the bone for a competition,in my eyes the normal joe should be able to keep the body in a lean state through diet alone, time in the gym and kitchen would be better spent constantly hunting for mass.

People want YESTERDAY what takes 10 years to acheive i suggest most people get a new perspective on thier goals and slow the fuck down a little.

How much do you think var will help for his situation

also, winny is a lot of times compared to var. Do they work at all differently

I apologize, it seems that I am not very familiar withe the dietary aspect of training under AAS. I am guessing that by carb cutter, you simply mean that you lower carbs under a certain amount with refeedings at specific times? Do you have any specific articles or post that would better help me understand the dietary aspect of training with AAS. I consider my diet to be on the healthier side, my diet consist mostly of the same things everyday. Chicken, Tilapia, Rice, Eggs, Oatmeal, Protein Powder, Assorted Green Vegetables, etc etc. I do my best to eat as healthy as I can, although I have been known to splurge at times (I can't say no to pizza). During my last cycle I ran anastrozole eod on my last cycle(had no sides), but I never have heard of kickstarting with that dosage. I am intrigued and it does look like you learn something new everyday. Thanks again for all your input
