2nd Cycle. Cycle/diet advice.
Age: 23
Height: 5'7
Weight: 155
BF%: Roughly 7-8%
Cycle will be:
8 Weeks Test P 80mg ED
7 Weeks T-bol 70mg ED, First 7 weeks
Contemplating 50mg Proviron ED 8 weeks
PCT:
4 weeks Clomid 50mg ED
4 weeks Toremifene 60mg ED
AI: Exemestane ran 12.5 mg ED (I know this seems high but that's where I found my sweet spot last cycle)
This will be my second cycle. First cycle was Test E only for 12 weeks at 630mg/week EOD shots. I haven't bought any of the compounds yet, and I'm just doing research and getting advice. I already posted this in the weight gain section, but this seems like a heavier trafficked area.

Alright before you get on me for all the sugar carbs lactose is fairly low Glycemic index (which is where most of my sugar carbs come from) and digests fairly slowly. It's not a terrible sugar and I don't think I'm going to change my milk consumption because of it.
Cycle will be lean bulk. Looking to stay real lean and dense. I'ma fighter gotta stay low weight while trying to build strength.

BiteyUh it's a lean bulk guys. Not cutting, Not bulking. Lean hard dense muscle. 3-5 rep compounds 6-8 isos.
Your diet is ok, if it works for you that's fine but it could be cleaner. Are you wanting to bulk?
Drop the honey post workout, insulin spike post work out is total bullshit, it has no benefits at all mate. Post work out should be an amino acid drink or a whey protein with zero carbs. Then about 45 minutes after your post workout shake the you have your meal with carbs.
BiteyWhat honey? Are you referring to the apple as honey? And Cortisol spikes during your workout. Insulin would counteract that cortisol spike. It's more for anticatabolic than it is for muscle building.
Look my friend insulin produced by your own body isn't anabolic, this insulin spike your trying to induce will have no benefit period. Cortisol is normal and is more associated with anabolism. You do not need to worrie about this. If you want to stop your body from breaking down tissue you train smarter!! That's how you stop muscle breakdown!
Amino acid and protein will help counteract the catabolic breakdown your talking about not insulin, I would live to know where you have got this info from lol
BiteyI'm pretty sure that insulin produced by your body is anabolic. There's no difference between exogenous insulin and endogenous insulin.
Cortisol is not anabolic. Cortisol is highly catabolic. It's a corticosteroid. I don't know where you're getting your information, but you should really look into that.
High levels of cortisol promote muscle wasting. Look up cushings syndrome.
Look my friend what you think you know is totally wrong, Jesus you are eating an apple straight after your session, because you think that's going to stop muscle breakdown I'm not wasting my energy. Either take my advice or don't. I am correct about everything I said if you can find any scientific studies to prove what I have said incorrect pm me.
Rant over good bye
BiteyOkay. I'm not trying to be a dick here, but I'm not going to take your advice. I posted a medical document showing that heavy lifting increased cortisol levels. Everything I have ever read has pointed that cortisol is a catabolic hormone.
I'm not just going to change my way of thinking just because some random guy tells me that everything I think I know is wrong. Either prove it with your own scientific study or your opinions have no real validity.
Not trying to be a dick, just stupid to believe things that any random people say with nothing to back it up.
grand claims require grand evidence. You provided none. Sorry, that's just what makes sense to me.
I don't need to prove anything to you I know I am correct. Your document basically said cortisol was produced after heavy lifting, yes that's correct but you think eating an apple for an insulin spike will produce an anabolic response, to counteract cortisol after your workout.......NO!
Cortisol is a by product of heavy lifting and so is muscle growth. I wonder what would happen if your body didn't produce cortisol during/after a workout?
Your the one asking for advice on your diet. I was giving you mine. Take my advice and research it yourself.
Your trying to contradict my advice please do not insult my intelligence, please tell me what the benefits are of waling up and eatimg an apple are?
or do you just like eating apples?
Rant over
BiteyWell yeah I like apples. They're pretty good. Waking up and eating an apple just gives me energy. Fructose is a simple carbohydrate and is absorbed quickly by the body. It wakes me up. Plus apples are loaded with polyphenols and other phytonutrients. They're pretty damn good for you.
I'm not going to argue with you bro. You believe what you want to believe, but don't try and change my mind without some valid evidence to do so. Don't insult my intelligence. You gave your opinion and I told you that I respectfully decline to acknowledge it as fact. I've already done research on this subject. Unless you have something further to show I will continue to believe that everything I have read thus far isn't wrong just because you say it is.
Can you explain to me why you want a insulin spike after a workout?
BiteyCortisol levels spike during your workout. Insulin is an anabolic. Cortisol is catabolic. I want to counteract the cortisol.

Cortisol increase from heavy 1RM squat.
Chaz32621Personally Ive heard that for atleast 1 hour after lifting you shouldnt eat bec your hgh and igf are really high at the moment. Uselly for me I lift wait and hour and just eat egg whites and some veggies or almonds for some carbs but to each there own I can throw fat on so easy. It may just be what he found best for him.
Chaz32621What 7 weeks of tbol at 70mg?? Wow dude, I was using 40mg and had to skip days shit killed my blood pressure and I only ran it for 4. That will kill your liver bro. Especially being 155 bro I hope your bp is good wheres your milk thirst or liv-52?? Personally when im cutting I throw the fruit out the window and just up my veggies and meat. The spike is on point tho I usely just throw a spoon of honey into my shake for my spikes. Something with fruit makes me crave fucking candy like a bitch. haha
BiteyI'm not cutting. And I actually don't like candy. This is pretty much what I eat every day off cycle just with larger portions.
My BP is great. 112 over 62. I run 5 miles a day. I don't think I'll have problems, but I'll modify it if I do. Never ran tbol though so I'm glad you put in your input. I'd like to see other people's experiences with tbol as I did research on this on other websites and 60-80mg Tbol for 6-8 weeks seemed pretty standard.
Chaz32621Damn nice bp, yah just be careful and watch it. I was running tbol at 40mgs everyday but it was along side deca at 300mg. So I think deca played a big role but there was days I was so damn red in the face working out and felt like shit I also bloated up way to fast. I was so damn hungry I was downing easily 4,000 cals a day spent three trips a week to the store before I started cutting my intake. Boy adding cardio back in was a killer. Just keep on your cardio and eat right. As long as your getting stronger and staying lean its a win win. Im not a big fan of test prop with all the injects I like test e but to each there own. It looks good.
Another thing like the other guy said Id save the apple for just the morning eat your protein shake right after then 45min later get your carbs from some nice oatmeal. Personally I did the whole spike insulin with some drink that muscle tec sells for right after loaded with carbs and it really blew me up with alot of fat. You can do the apple but if fat starts piling on id take it out after your workout. Granted I was 15 percent body fat when I bulked but the end results have suceeded.
All in all lean gains are the best by far to do. Unless you just want to eat a shit ton for some months those are killer good strength gains. But you start lookin like a fat man.
