+ 1 2nd Cycle Help: Lean Mass

ad

Stats:
25 year old College student
6 years lifting experience.
Did first cycle last fall, test e only @ 500 a week. Gained 10 lbs and kept it.
Height: 5,10
Weight: 170
BF: 7-8
Diet: I eat healthy and clean, but 6 meals a day in a quantity that forces me to try to not throw up.

I would like to do a second 12 week test e cycle at 500 a week. Thinking about adding another steroid to the cycle. I want to make bigger gains, but still stay lean and vascular as I did with the test e cycle. I am worried that dbol will make me bloat. What is the best steroid to stack with this to get more gains without bloating?

I feel the dumbest thing people do is start throwing in compounds because they have a few cycles under their belts.

If you gained well from a moderate dose of test, why start going crazy? Milk that puppy until you need the next "Uumph."

Also, how long did you run your first cycle?

Thats the key...preparation...i saw that commercial with the colored plastic tubs...it was called 21 days something...major transformation in one man and i could tell it was his diet that needed reconstruction. It comes with a DVD full of aerobic workouts...on the other hand i have decided to put the $ i spend on whey towards chicken breasts, fish and beef....the whey is getting cut too much...its not 100% isolate like its advertised....

Stick with test and keep bumping the calories higher every couple weeks to keep the gains coming bro! If you want to introduce something new to this cycle try test prop as a kickstart

Good luck

You have been given excellent advice here man. I would only add that the mo et you were gonna spend on the test I would spend it on some supplements like a good multi vitamin, fish oil, maybe some creatine and some isolate protein. Use the money you were gonna spend on pre cycle bloods and get yourself a nutrition bullet. It's great for making a quick easy shake.
Take the advice of these guys and lay low on gear till you are more stable in income.
Train harder that you have ever trained before and eat like never before.
You can add 15-20 naturally.

The most expensive thing for me is the food, haven figured out yet how to eat cheap and big and still be happy.

You'll need 5000-6000 calories a day in all seriousness. If you decide to cycle, I can't condone that, however if you do cycle please do it safely, get your bloodwork done, and most of all EAT!

Thank you. Ill save up and consider it in the fall.

We aren't saying this just because so please don't take it the wrong way bro instead we are giving u advice so u can have a good run while maximizing ur gains cuz personally if hate to use my gear and not get optimal results

Good luck man

For sure, thats why I came here. I am not one to get offended easily. I definitely want the best results as well.

Thanks guys, If I do decide to cycle ill jus stick to the test and eat bigger. I might be able to squeeze shakes in between my meals.

Being on a budget and on gear isn't a good combination save some cash bro. As far as the cycle if it's ur 2nd cycle keep it test only just add more food if u want to gain more muscle. Again being on a budget while using gear is never a good idea don't waste ur gear wait till ur stable so u can have a nice run

Good luck

Agreed. To run a cycle properly, assuming all Pharma grade counpounds were used:

Testostorone enanthate - 130$ for 24mls
AI - 40$
PCT - 105$
Bloodwork (pre/during/post cycle) - 240$

As you can see it's not cheap.

Hustle28's picture

And that's without food, gym, gas, supplements this shit isn't cheap!! When people ask me how to get big I usually say time & money lol

Justanotherguy's picture

Oh crap I completely forgot to add those in. HA it really is time and money. Good food costs money.

Hustle28's picture

Seriously bro shit isn't cheap I'm actually cutting the middle man real soon and raising and harvesting my own crops and animals.

Justanotherguy's picture

That's my life plan actually. Save up around 250-300k, and find a decent 100-150 acre plot of land somewhere out west or the Pacific northwest. Build my own house, and live an honest life. Raise my own cattle, my own crops and eat real food. Some people think I'm crazy, but I'd rather be there then stuck in some appalling 9-5 job and waking up every morning to go to a job I hate. Best of luck with your plans!

Hustle28's picture

That's true life man and I call that being rich in my book. I just bought a nice piece of land to start. I would spend most of my childhood in Mexico thanks to that I have the knowledge of cultivating and raising animals it's the best it's sad that these traditions are lost most of the youth these days don't know shit about how to survive smh

What's your diet like?
Macros?
Calories?

If you're on a budget, don't forget bloodwork is THE most important thing to have.

Your a fair bit light to start cycling, and at your age and stats you surely have another 15 lbs of natural potential in you.

Consider putting a pic up so we can see where you're at.

Justanotherguy's picture

Thanks rusty, I can imagine he's eating more then 3750 a day.

Food+hardwork+sleep = results

Gear will never make up for a sub par diet/training program.

X2...only other AAS could be provi and that should be 3rd cycle....nice info about food u posted above...i always dig ur posts and info...thanks bro...

Hustle28's picture

X2 eat big + training hard = hard big results
