1st Cycle - Random muscle cramps normal?

ad

First cycle:
600mg test e
12.5mg aromasin

I'm on week 10 of 12. Since about week 4-5 I've been having sporadic muscle cramps in my pecs and biceps. When I lay back to bench and pull my shoulder blades together, my chest will cramp up momentarily then relax. One day when driving, I reached back to put my arm around my wife, pec cramped up and I smacked her in the back of the head... she was not amused.

I also have this in my biceps as well. When I extend my arm after having it bent for a while it will bounce back up as I extend it. The cramps only last a few moments and are not really painful unless I force the muscle to stretch.

These cramps don't occur every time I stretch the related muscles but it happens often enough to note.

I understand AAS can cause electrolyte imbalances, could this be causing it or are my cramps most likely unrelated to AAS?

Thanks.

Take potassium, magnesium, and taurine. Especially for those who run clenbuterol and need to do any type of cardio. Also the obvious, be sure to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.

I'm not certain I'm not dehydrated, but I am drinking a gallon or more water on average each day, far more than before I started cycling but I do sweat more as well... I assumed it was cycle related but google didn't turn up much for results. It's good to hear I'm not alone. I'll keep an eye on it through and after PCT.

I get them on cycle.

Just another point to add to the long list of things she doesn't like about me using AAS... I suppose I am lucky, I can't imagine many wives would let their husbands keep using something that causes them to randomly smack them upside the head!

Dehydration will cause muscle cramps.
