they are all serms, selective estrogen receptor modulators, how they raise fsh and lh. torem, nolva, and clomid all basically do the same thing although the way they do this is different, but ultimately the end result is the same, they rasie lh and fsh and testosterone. torem is the most effective at raising lh & fsh. clomid takes 150mg to effectively raise LH & FSH as nolva does at 20mg. where as torem is 300% more effective than clomid. clomid has little or no anti estrogen effects on the pituitary therefore doesnt effect the htpa reboot as effectively as nolva and torem, there is a shift now that ive been seeing in research studies that actually suggests avoiding clomid in PCT altogether and using nolva, torem, or either of them alone. but combined there was study that suggested a raise in testosterone by almost 200% and a 150% increas in fsh and lh. when used in combination. with nolva and clomid i havent seen numbers even this close.
there is a huge benefit also with torem and nolva they both block estrogen effectively so you can use them combined in pct to battle rebound and gyno as they were both developed to block estrogen in tissue for breast cancer patients
