Starting test e and deca cycle (first) need solid advice

So guys the title is self explanatory, I'm starting a 12 week cycle of test e and deca. This is my first cycle. I am 6'0 160lbs been working out for two years now. Gonna be 12 week cycle 400mg test and 300mg deca. Ihavent found any pct or Ai and need solid suggestions and advice

If you're six foot / 160lbs and you've been lifting 2 years then:

A) Something is wrong. Check diet first

And

B) forget about AAS until you're at least 200lbs and / or have reached near natural potential.

Yea man I have a phone I ride the city bus work for a good company. Still wear this gps though. I work all day then have to come back here. If I dont, back to DOC. Been here since December like I said. No bullshit from me man, left that shit behind a long time ago. Just starting my life over and making sure I do it right this time, I'm sober going on five years, plenty of drugs in prison but I chose weights. This is my life now and I'm trying to to get the most of it.

Your macros needs to be 240+g protein/day. 1.5 g protein/lbs of body weight. Natural sources like Chicken, eggs, fish, beef, deer, milk, all natural srcs. Cottage cheese is good too. lYour carbs should be complex and parallel your grams of daily protein, while u are gaining mass. Then, cut the carbs back 25-50% as you get bigger and attempt to define ur cut. Good fats like olive oil and coconut oil should be about 120g/d then as your carbs decrease and u are wanting definition, raise your fat grams from 120 to 160...if you decide to use whey.protein powder drink it thru out the day. And when u decide to cut back on your carbs, restrict catbs after 1400 hrs...this is the beginning

Flash, thanks for the meal plan I will for sure stock it asap got a good chick who will bring me all I need since I can do my own shopping yet. Rusty and med thanks for the feedback much appreciated. im going to stay out of your cycle biz, but i will give you some tips.

white pasta, white bread, full cream milk, cheese, potato, banana, gravy, peanut butter, beef, oats, eggs, icecream.

key foods for under weight guys bro, i feel ya, i was 67kgs at age 17, eating big is how to gain.

examples of what i was eating to gain weight, and i mean purely gain weight because i was scrawny and unhappy.

pasta, boil the whole bag, get a nice big dollop of butter, mix it through whilst hot, grate a pile of cheese, mix that shit in whilst hot, cook your beef mince in butter, mix it in, add your tomato sauce, make sure the sauce is plentyfull bacuse you are going to use white bread 3 pieces to mop that sauce up and mung down.

mashed potato, mix butter and milk, mash that shit, cover in gravy, steak on the side with greens coverd in butter, pepper, chilli. again white bread to mop up the left over gravy, chomp that shit.

oats, milk, honey 2 bananas cut up into it, teaspoon of sugar, eat upon rising.

eggs, sunny side up, bread on side, not toast. tomato sauce, pepper.

ice cream, milk, eggs, peanut butter, weight gainer protein powder, blend it and chug t before bed.

vegetables, put into tray, grate cheese over the whole lot and put in oven, mung that shit with beef and chicken on the side,

baked beans and bread, break bread up into small pieces, mix into baked beans, eat that shit.

if you eating 5000 a day and not gaining, make it 8000, you have to force it, eat, eat, gorge, the right timing is key, every 2 hours for you mate.

if you eat like like this, you will gain mass.

Terrible idea dude. You are very light to have been working out for 2 years. Your stats point to some serious problems with either nutrition or quality of your workouts? The cycle you propose is absolutely horrible for a first cycle. Deca throws so many potential variables into a cycle, and this being your first cycle you should always keep it simple and learn how your body responds to one drug at a time. With that being said you don't have an Ai or any of your PCT meds in hand and you should never start a cycle without having them. You've got so much wrong here you really need to take a step back and do a ton more reading before starting any cycle. Good luck

You really do need to just eat more and not start up.

Just like everyone says do more research and work on ur diet!! not trying to put u down but ur stats indicate u have hardly any muscle on u which also means u have a lot of room for natural gains u should try maximize ur gains before jumping on a cycle.

Also deca is not recommended for beginners u need more experience and knowledge for that compound. Focus on ur diet gain 20-30lbs natty then come back

There is a whole section on nutrition I would suggest you look in to ...what r your goals? Diet n macros? Looking at your stats I suggest to put in some serious work in the kitchen

Drop the deca, 19nor isnt recommended for first cycles... @160 for your frame you may want to check out the info on this site for diet n nutrition, look to BULK n grow naturally before jumping on cycle. What are your goals???

Damn bro your 6ft and weigh 160Lbs? Even if you have been working out for 2 years you must not have your diet right! Im not trying to hurt your feelings or be a dick but whatever your eating you need to eat more and when you gain a lil more weight for your frame then you can consider running a cycle.

No insults taken guys. I'm really just looking for solid advice and you guys are giving me just that. Thanks. First off I have ALWAYS been skinny before I started lifting I was between 140-145 since I was 16yrs old. I eat like a monster at least 5k calories a day for the last 7 months I train 4 days a week and lift as heavy as possible. I've heard alot of the same advice as far as stacking on first cycle. I have 20ml of the deca and will save for second cycle. Also we be getting pct within the next month. I do have my heart set on this. I also have 20ml of the test and was thinking of running 400mg a week for 15 wks?

Hey bud. Sometimes wisdom is just remaining teachable! I got a gut feeling that if your heart is so set on running the deca that you are going to just go ahead and do it this cycle and tell us you wont because you know everyone is against you doing it. Even if you waited for 2nd cycle everyone is telling you its a bad idea. I am not a pro body builder or anything but what knowlege I do have I like to help people out when I can and if I dont know the answer then I can stear them in the direction of someone that can... But I hate when someone post a forum asking for help with there cycle and everyone chimes in to help including me and they dont really take the community's advice which means........ We wasted our fuckin time! I hope you really take the community's advice seriously and eat proper and keep working out and if your gonna run a cycle anyway for god sake man, just run test only for the first few cycles and dont think about deca until you have 5 or so cycles under your belt! This is the last advice im going to give to this forum and im out...... Be wise and learn from others ensted of the hard way

Thanks for the advice bro and no I'm not gonna go ahead and do it anyway this is not the first forum I've asked for advice. I've researched and researched for months now and I've got various feedback. But the constant has been either a) just test b) none at all. So I will be taking the advice I've been given into consideration. I'll be released soon and will be changing my diet completely I'm going to give it a few months then take it from there, I'm in no rush. When I do start my cycle it will be test only. Yes for sure I will be doing this cycle but when and how is something I still am figuring out. Thanks again for all your feedback guys and don't think you've wasted your time on me, you've legitimately help someone and for that I'm grateful

Look Man U can achieve great goals with just test alone. But something's off here cuz u claim to eat 5k calories but ur weight and stats give us a whole other indication how ru splitting ur macros?? Regardless if u get on cycle once ur off u will go back to how u are .... I say this because u have very little muscle base aas use is to polish gains ur taking the lazy route. The reason most folks still look good after a cycle it's due to yrs upon yrs of training prior to using u have only trained for 2yrs. U have a lot of room to grow without aas u need to maximize ur natty potential then after that is when u add the good stuff. Please be smart don't be impatient or lazy

As far as my diet it really is completely unstructured. I eat huge meals all throughout the day, pretty much eat whatever I can get my hands on. This being because I'm incarcerated but not max security, I work 40-50 hrs a week and eat like crazy at work but once I get back here its fuct, so weekends sux as far as eating for me. I will be released in 34 days and my my diet will change completely. I am planning on doing this cycle but when depends totally on the advice of people who know their shit. I'm not trying to be lazy or jump the gun I've put on 15 lbs of muscle in two years my bf is very very low not sure of the exact % but I'm shredded and starting to become more vascular. Tell me how to post pics. I'm really just glad there are places like this to get solid advice, and guys to let me know what's up

Ok so u need to dial down ur diet first and yea if u gained 20lbs in 2yrs what's to say u can't gain another 20 with a better diet u need to do more research ur clearly jumpin the gun I suggest u take the advice and post the pic so we can give u a range as to where ur bf is we are giving u advice so u can have a successful cycle. So my advice to u is hold off on cycling hit another 6 months of clean dieting and solid workout there's plenty of groups and links here that can help u with that and in the meantime do more research. And yes more research
