seeking advice... Arimidex while on cycle

Hi guys,
I'll be staring my cycle in a few days and my question is this:
I'll be taking Sustanon 300mg twice ew and Anavar 40mg ed for a 12 week cycle ... Do i start taking the Arimidex 0.5 eod from the begining of the cycle or 2 weeks in?

I see you took the tren out of the cycle but you need more advice than just how to dose your AI. Still don't think you are anywhere near ready to run a cycle and the cycle you have planned here is still not a well planned out cycle. Best option is to figure out how to run a proper diet first and see how that transforms you which will then successfully set you up to run cycle.

Your reasearch is lacking sir. What is the break down of this "sustanon"?. Your about to start this cycle and you dont know how to use your ai?. Plus an oral for 12 weeks? What is your bf?
The best way to do this is to rightly assume that 24-48hrs after your jab you will have peak plasma levels of test, this in turn will give you higher estrogen levels so my advice is 0.5mg taken day after jab.
In 4wks get bloods done as this will have given the adex time to reach peak plasma levels.
Don't worry about driving estro to zero, it isn't possible, not even on letro ED.
Adex wil reduce estro by around 55%.
I have been at this for years and years and just do self administered TRT these days and that compose of 250mg test e once every 2wks, i have found over time that using 0.5 adex the day after my jab and again 3 days later gives me the best T > E ratio and this gives me stable libido through around 10-11 days till things drop off again.
I agree with dosing AI 24 hours after pin. Arimidex however can dump your E to zero, it has happened to me and countless others. Not sure why you are saying it cant. Also, dosing 250mg test e every 2 weeks? Have you plotted that into a steroid calc to see how that works? The day of your dosing you will be releasing about 30mg per day of Test. By day 14 you will only be releasing 4mg per day of test, it drops drastically each day. Hit your TRT dose twice a week...better yet get on legit TRT supervised by a doctor.
Educate yourself a little more bro before you spread false info around.
I would not start it immediately unless you know for sure your body is sensitive to aromatisation process. If you kill estradiol to zeros, your cycle will not have much effect and probably will be waste of time and money.
Blood work is a great tool to see how your body tolerates synthetic hormones. I always check my Testosterone, estradiol and prolactin levels couple weeks in to cycle, in your case maybe week 4-5.
Once you have this on the paper then you can make necessary adjustments

Week 5 go do blood test if your estrogen elevated take arimidex and after one week go do another blood test to see where’s your estrogen level at to adjust your dosage
If its sustanon( not that long blend shit), start right away . Dosage wise, without bloods would be hard to tell. If you dont do bloods to see estrogen level at least start low and work your way with the dosage and time.
EDIT:Just read twice each week , with sustanon I suggest you go for 3 times a week to take the full effect of it and its esters .
