Question regarding PCT and TRT

Not to sound stuoid but if I'm going to be doing TRT after a cycle theirs no sense in any short PCT needed correct?

If you are on TRT there is no need for PCT.
Whats the proper protocol for when we blast and add other Compounds such as deca or bold. Assuming bloods are in check at the time of testing what would be the go to, to keep on hand for flare up in sides? This has always confused me. Aromasin and caber?
