PCT recommendations/questions

Looking for some recommendations on PCT. I am currently on a Winstrol/EQ cycle, 50mg EOD Win and 400mg EQ/week.
I have clomid and HCG on hand, but curious what everybody thinks on dosage/and when I should start and stop.
