PCT help

ad

Hallo Brothers!

I was on my first "cycle" for 12 weeks. I took 200 mg of Test Prop weekly and 100 IUS of HCG E3D.
What would be the proper ratio of Clomid/Nolvadex? I definitelly dont want go off cold turkey. I tried it but it was hell.
Thank you

I took test prop 50 mg EOD, 200 mg weekly. Last shot was a week ago. I took it 12 weeks alltogether.

My coach is fecking PRO in bodybuilding. He told me that there is no need for PCT. But my prostate starts aching as hell and cant sleep either. I lost 40 pounds so far.

you'd be surprised how many gurus/coaches and top competitors dont advocate pct. most dont come off ever but when they do most just go off cold turkey for a few months and get back on..

I pay him for giving me advice and train me. I take that this is daily/weekly dose? 4 weeks alltogether?
Clomid 100...100...50....50
Nolvadex 40....40...20...20
Thank you man!

Agreed, everything your coach told you was... Really really bad.

Prop shouldn't be used in a first cycle.
200mg is not a good dose
Did you use any AI?

And didn't even have a pct planned. Your coach is not bright to say pct is not needed. Pct restores natural test production so you can keep whatever gains you made on cycle.

You seem like a nice guy so I'm going to leave this here:

He told me me that 200 mg/weekly is TRT dose therefore no need for AI or PCT.

You don't need pct if you we're trt! You cycled so you need pct! Tell you coach to piss off!

It is a common TRT dose, but many people on trt still take AI, as the body can aromitise any test to estrogen. Only bloodwork will let you know.

If he reccomended a trt dose.. I mean that right there speaks to his knowledge. What exactly is the purpose of replacing a perfectly normal testostorone production, with one that will give the same test levels. That's just spinning your wheels.

As for the no need for pct.. That is absolutely incorrect. Any form of exogenous testostorone or AAS will cause supression, regardless the dose. That's just how the body works.

Follow the pct rusty said too, and hopefully you'll be back to normal.
