Also, there is NO BEST, just what others have used and recommended. You won't know until you try.
The answer carnealsr gave is a good one. But do more research.
Hard to gauge. What's your cycle look like?
Clomid 300 first day then 100/100/50/50 also good to have nolva 40/40/20/20 this is a fairly standard pct protocol
Are you suggesting that you use both or one or the other
