nolvadex(tamoxifen)

ad

ok, so i have a question. based on some research, ive found that ai's have a negative effect on cholesterol, which i think most of us know. now, being that i am on trt, and need to use some kind of ai 12 months out of the year, i was thinking of changing my estrogen protection to nolvadex as opposed to an ai, as i am most concerned about my health since i will be on it all the time. Now ive noticed that not many people use nolvadex for estrogen protection anymore, what would be advatages and disadvantages of using nolvadex for estrogen protection as opposed to other ai's? thanks in advance for your responses.

'dont really want to take any kind of chance whatsoever for it to get worse'
stating the obvious: time for professional help. even though here is practical and (i guess) theoretical knowledge around, you cannot be sure who really is on the other end. btw you got this tip 2 months ago concerning your gyne-issue (some of the high-rep members pointed you in the right direction).

Cheap Nolvadex - generic-medshop.com I received the order and it was on time and the pills work great.

thats why all i really wanted to know were advantages and disadvantages from personal experience. and my professional help is coming, but its slow, cause i have to get a referral cause my regular doctor says he doesnt know enough about it, and it seems to be taking a while. in the mean time though i dont think its wise to go off estrogen protection so i figure i would ask the community.

woah, i read a bit more in your history... a source selling bunk pct - that's a true crime. have you asked zewi, gs, irish or some of your other friends here on eroids directy yet? what was their opinion?

yeah selling a bunk ai is some bullshit, id rather get bunk gear. not as of yet, was hoping they might chime in, lol. ill send them a pm though, not thats its an urgent matter though, id just like to know overall health benefits and pretty much if tamoxifen is enough protection since its not an ai. thanks for the help as well bro.

AI's (Aromatase Inhibitor)stop or prevent conversion of free range Test into estrogen while SERMS (Selective Estrogen Recepter-Modulator) tricks your receptors into thinking they are already full. The difference is an AI prevents conversion period and there are different strengths and degrees of an AI that will do the trick Adex-Letro for instance. Serms such Nolva do not catch or prevent conversion it merely blocks the converted estrogen from reaching your receptors but not all of them, so some actually sneak through. On trt dosages however, Nolva should do the trick. Case studies have also shown AI's to be an effective protocol in treatment of adolescent boys on test for delayed puberty and for older men on trt. (See Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism). If your going to go with an AI do some research on bone density loss. This is an unfortunate side affect sited in women undergoing treatment for breast cancer who have been on high doses of AI's for extended periods of time.

hmmm, trt? he got dbol pics Smile I assumed he planned to stay on, misusing the term trt. Afaik on true trt you don't need any anti-estrogens as you just restore hormones corresponding to age. Am I missing something?

Some men are more sensitive to Test then others so it is not uncommon to see small doses of AI's or Serms on a TRT regiment. I assumed he was under doctor care for a TRT schedule. Weather it be pellets or Cyp injections. In other instances Test is introduced to young men who cannot reach puberty naturally.

The course you want to take is outlined in Llewellyn Anabolics 2011 (Side Effects of Anastrozole): When aromatizable steroids are taken with an AI it leads to significantly more pronounced suppression of HDL. Furthermore it is stated that Nolvadex does not show this effect on cholesterol and that it is favored over AI by BB concerned with cardiovascular health.

My 2c:
Nolvadex is a SERM which does not prohibit the aromatization process, hence estrogen still can build up in the body. It does reduce the specific high-estrogen related side-effect of gynecomastia by competing for the same receptor in breast tissue (among many other things).

AI on the other hand are capable of prohibiting the aromatization process by reducing the aromatase enzyme, hence little estrogen buildup or even lower than normal.

So an AI possibly gives the user a drier look with less bf at the cost of the impact on lipid values and a slightly reduced effectiveness in terms of gained FFM (as some estrogen is needed for best results).

But wait for some of the top dogs here on eroids to hop in and correct my output.
