People in the game for along time ran nolva only for along time.I used it for years.Wasn't always so easy to get everything you wanted.Now I keep arimedex on hand in case I need it during cycle.Usually around week three or four when your test gets really high your body tries to maintain hormonal balance by converting test to estrogen.Then I use half an adex for 5 to 7 days then stop.Depends on your body though some people are more suseptable to aromatisation than others and need to use adex through entire cycle.

Nope, incase of a flare up?
You need an AI for a flare up or signes of gyno. An AI such as Adex or Aromasin will do the trick. Nolva should be used in pct @ 40/40/20/20
Are you asking if nolva is enough for pct?
