dont worry man thats why am asking, to learn more, is like when u learn or research everyone says the dosage depends on your body, anyway am still doing more research and learning, its not like am doing my cycle next week, maybe next year, when i feel am ready Smile

getting to know the compounds and what to use for what and when, i researched compounds and understood how they work, how to do the cycle, how to do pct, side effect, how to do injections, that doesnt mean i am a pro or know everything i still have questions or there might things not clear for me

You won't know your E2 oil you get bloods. However I usually take 1 mg/wk Adex can be split into two doses if you prefer.

You get bloods done BEFORE you cycle, then five weeks AFTER you started. Then you know if you need it or not PERIOD.

Five weeks in you have no idea where you started so you have no idea how much to take. Why not write numbers on paper and throw them in a hat whatever number you pull take it. That's what it's gonna be if you don't.

The only way to truly know how you respond to arimidex is to get bloods done.

For me, PERSONALLY, .5mg arimidex 2x/wk is the sweet spot for 500mg/wk test e.

I prefer slightly elevated e2 for strength and fullness reasons, but not high enough for tits or gyno problems.

You may experience (well, at least symptoms for me) water retention, irritated nipples, gyno soreness, some lethargy, and general crappy feeling with elevated e2.

Again though, everyone responds differently, and ultimately it is up to you on where you want your estrogen to sit. Bloodwork is the only way to get an exact reading on this.

I would dose adex on how you feel, get bloods at week 5/6, and adjust dosing from there Smile
