Gyno paranoia ?
ad
I am starting 2nd week pct after a 14 week 500mg test e cycle and I am starting to get really "conscious" of one of my nipples!
Bear with me....it isn't itchy or painful as such but I can just 'feel' it if that makes any sense and if my shirt runs against it I spend the next few hours obsessing over it !!
Is this normal (or am I a freak!) ? I am taking 40mg nolva a day plus 100 clomid. Do nipples feel sensitive as the test clears oestrogen increases etc ?

Sounds like you have it covered with the adex. We all get a little paranois once in a while,
"wheres my package, is it seized?", "do I have gyno?", "did I leave eroid open on my laptop? shit!"
If you are running a PCT and are utilizing a SERM like Nolvadex which binds to breast tissue I wouldn't worry about GYNO. You're going through a lot of hormonal changes right now (hopefully) so keep that in mind.
Here's something that might help you psychologically to distract from your problem. Put Band-Aids over your nipples and then the shirt or anything else won't mess with your head.
I know it sounds funny and like a joke but it's worked for a few people.
I get a burning sensation that comes in little waves. Mine is never is in the areola area. I'll get it near my middle chest or an inch below my nipple.
Once I start stressing over it, I just get blood work done. The fifty dollars is enough to know everything is going well.
I get this to with good e2 levels. What is it? Upper and middle chest. Comes and goes.
^^^^^^ right on
Did you run an AI on cycle?
Yeah sorry, Adex throughout
